Good morning ladies,

Today I will do a full body workout! I will not do a short FB workout today.

Good Morning!

I'd say "Happy" Saturday, but I don't celebrate ;) (since it's really the start of my work 'week').

Today is busy with regular busy Saturday stuff, plus Jake has a birthday party, we have papers, Alex is having a friend over, Zach might go somewhere. I'm going to really try to get in 4DS, BC, for 30 minutes. 30 minutes, that's all I want! But if I don't , I'm not going to beat myself up over it. But I really really want to do it! It's just frustrating my Saturdays have turned into "too busy".

Belinda: That's a great full body workout! Love PUB/PLB!

Hi ladies. Today is my birthday so I celebrated by staying in bed until 9:20!!! I never let myself do that LOL. I plan on doing some sort of cardio, either go for a short run or maybe Imax 2. I am also going to do weights. Can't remember which disc, but it's chest, shoulders, biceps. Really annoyed that the last exercise just happens to be *insert lots of bleeps* preacher curls.

Think I'm gonna make myself a cake too...

Belinda - good job with your workout today. Hope you enjoyed the rest of your day.

Chris - try to have a good one even if it involves work!

Ok, I am REALLY LOVING this series. Today was Kenpo X and what a freakin' fun workout that was! I loved it. All these workouts really work the abs, I always feel it there when I'm done with whichever workout I've done. LOVE IT!!! Kenpo is a kickboxing workout. He does arm drills and leg drills through the whole thing. Some 1 minute breaks but you are running in place or doing jumping jacks. Had a great workout!

We ended up picking a cute, sweet dark calico cat. Well, maybe tiger kitten. Same age as Spaz and we'll be able to bring her home on Wednesday. I cannot wait! She picked us, wouldn't leave our side the entire time we were there.

I just made up some of the workouts I have missed and then tonite I will do chest, tris and shoulders and Imax 3 step only. Have a headache again today but its leftover margaritta hangover and sinus crap both of the DDs brought there dogs over last nite so I have dog hair everywhere.

You go on that cake! Oh, I'd make a good chocolatey gooey cake and not share! Hope you have fun and you treat yourself to some good new workout stuff !! Oh! I thought of you yesterday doing the 2 armed preacher curls on the ball at the end of the bicep work. I had to go down in weight twice! Holy camolie those killed! But I do have some nice DOMS in my bi's today to show for it! ;)

Debbie: Awesome workout! Love hearing that about KenpoX. I'm almost tempted to steal some of the cardio from that to do with STS now! Not sure I can wait!! ... Ahhhhhhh... Congrats on getting a new kitty! We have 2 cats, and getting the second one was the best present we could have gotten for the first. They are real buddies. We went through 2 days of introducing the new one into the house. Keeping them in separate rooms for about 2 days. And letting them sniff each other through the carrier when they first met. very slowly.

Roxie: Hey, better a Headache from margarita's than from migraines!!! Great work today!!! I love Ab jam, I always feel that the next day. Did you do standing or floorwork?

Hi ladies. Thank you for the birthday wishes!!!

I made it through disc 10 then did 30 mins of Imax 2. That workout didn't go as well. I had a really hard time keeping my HR up. The issue was that we cleared out a spare room (it's a teeny room). My sister needed the twin bed in there and is picking it up tomorrow. I got all gung ho about clearing it out this morning so I could move my weights and everything up there. It'll be nice to not have to pull weights out and put them all away every time I workout. However, it's not quite big enough for step - which I sadly discovered today. Oh well. At least it'll work for the weights and that'll be nice.

I am in the process of making my birthday cupcakes. Chris - I'm not a chocolate girl, but I love the combo of a spice cake with cream cheese icing. Yummy! Can't wait to dig in.

Belinda- Awesome, job on today's workout. I have to admit I've never done the PLB/PUB Bonus workout before, is that a good one? How long is it? How tough is it? Great job and have a great weekend.

Chris- Oh man, I'm tired just reading your post. That definitely sounds like a busy day for you. If you get a short workout in great, if not that's ok its not like you don't have a lot going on anyways plus yesterday's workout you did was a killer. Hang in there today, and have fun and enjoy the day.;)

Heather- Happy Birthday!!!!:D:eek::D I hope you have a fantabulous day! If you do a workout on your birthday you get bonus points, I say. If not that's ok just enjoy your day. I'm glad you treated yourself to sleeping in a bit this morning. :cool::D Happy Birthday again and have a great day!;)

Debbie- Great workout for you today, you really are enjoying the P90X so far. Did you buy it or just trying it out on Netflcks? I'm wondering what you think about it overall so far with regards to P90X? Would you recommend it? How does it compare to Cathe's type of workouts? Sorry, you've just got me thinking I might need to save up and get this. I'm such a workout DVD junkie.:eek::p:D Do you think the weight training form is good on the workout? I know you really know your stuff so I can count on you for noting that. You know I love Kickboxing, do you think I'd like the KenpoX? Sorry for all the questions, just really thinking about this one. Have a great weekend;):)

Roxie- Nice job with using mixes and being creative with your workout to make it fun. I think that's the key keeping it fun and changing it up so it doesn't get boring. Sorry, about your headache I hope your feeling better now. Keep up the great job with working out, consistantcy is the key or so I've heard.;):)

Ok, that's it for me tonight girls tomorrow will be my rest day. I didn't get to go see New Moon today:( But tomorrow's looking like it could happen for me. I can't wait! Go Team Edward!!!:)
