Crazy, strong and loving it for May!!!

I've been a bad checker inner this week. Again!

I have been working out though, so that counts for something, right?

Sunday is my usual "rest" day (not so much rest, since I'm working/sleeping a little).

Monday I did GS: Chest & Tricep Supersets Premix. GREAT 32 minute workout! Exhausted both areas and got some good DOMS from it. I followed that with Intensity Premix of HiiT (Lo) and Bootcamp, which was a good little sweat!!

Tuesday was cardio day . I did Turbo Fire 55EZ plus Abs 10. (The funnest finale of all time, "Who's house? My house, who's in your house!??!)

Today I just finished up Lower Body Blast Premix of Standing Work + Barre Conditioning Drills. (no Blasts). Owie. Owie. Owie!!!!

Belinda: Good news your DH is doing better!!! Nice job on your workouts this week. HSC was a great pick!!

Roxie: Sounds like your PT is still kicking your butt!!! And that you're enjoying the gym too.

Debbie: Still getting those big weights in!!! I'm not sure I could do barbell curls with 50. Ever!

Nora: Oh! you ended up getting BBL? Good for you! hope you enjoy it!! I like the workouts, but it's definitely not a "go to" for me much now. The abs workout is tough, isn't it?

Off to Walmart I go! And then to clean my refrigerator!! fun stuff!!!

Ok here are my stats from spin class.

53 mins
14 in the zone
141 min hr
172 max hr
346 cals burned.
15.5 miles.

Chris-loving the trainer and the gym, she almost has Cathe beat toughness wise.

Good evening,

I ended up doing Step Blast today. Had a blast!

Roxie - good job!

Chris - how are your legs feeling?

Debbie - nice weights, girl!

Nora - what are your plans today?

I will try to be back later.

Hi girls!;)

I finished my workout a couple of hours ago and just now got cleaned up from that so I'll now check in.

Here's today's workout:

Brazil Butt Lift- Sculpt= 50 Min
Met Value= 6.0
Calories burned= 410

I was unsure what weights I'd need but discovered that using 7lb db's was fine because tomorrow on my workout schedule I have Les Mills Pump and didn't want to over do it going to heavy. So I played it safe. Plus I'm still a little sore from yesterday's BBL workout so moderation was key for today. I had a decent workout for toning which was what I expected so not bad. I know Brazil Butt Lift is not a strength program so my expectations were reasonable. Its more about toning and firming which fine because I need it all, and I will add later a hybrid mix of BBL and probably Insanity. I want to finish Pump first then take a week or two off before starting Insanity, but will continue with BBL for a month or so. Yes, I'm greedy for killer results!!:D:cool:

Ok, that's it for me tonight ladies, have a good night and I'll see ya at tomorrow's check in.

Today was cardio and I chose Cardio Coach #2. This workout is kind of boring, I should have done CC #2 revised, that one is a bit more fun. Anyways, I had an ok workout. Woke up with TTOM headache and almost went back to bed. But I muddled through and got it done.

CARDIO STATS:
40 minutes total
9 minutes below zone
24 minutes in zone
9 minutes above zone
306 calories burned
2 miles traveled

Thanks about the compliments on the weights I'm lifting, everyone. Actually, they are still quite a bit lower than what I usually do. I haven't been in any pain lately, though, so I must be doing something right. I'm sore today and I like that.

You are all doing excellent workouts! Nice job everyone!

Good Morning,

Due to severe weather last night I didn't make it back to the gym. Tonite is another session with the evil PT hoping we concentrate on wts tonite and no box step ups, then I will do the elliptical.

Debbie-your wts no matter what always impress me because I don't push myself like you do and its a good thing you are staying lighter so you don't have any more injuries.

Nora-good job with your workouts.

Hi Girls!

Today I did a long lost workout! LaloFit! It's a circuit style workout done by a very cute Spanish guy. It was fun! (I think.) Does anyone else have this one?

Legs are sore-ish from yesterday's Lower Body Blast day!! Definitely made the squatting moves a challenge in Lalofit!

Debbie: Sorry you had a shitty cardio today WITH a headache too. Ick. So happy to hear you are able to scale back on the weights a bit and still get a good workout. And NOT keep pushing yourself into more injuries.

Roxie: I love hearing how much you are getting into this gym and PT!! you are doing great!

Belinda: Step Blast is SUCH an awesome workout!! The end blasts are torture!!! and crazy!!!

Nora: Glad you are enjoying BBL! It's great how you can incorporate different workouts for different things. For some reason I though Insanity wasn't great for your joints and pain? with the higher impact moves?

I'm not sure what I'll do next month. Either continue with what I'm doing (i'm loving the workouts AND the results!) or if Cathe puts out a June Rotation that looks killer, might do that!

Good Evening,

PT kicked my butt again and then I did the elliptical and came home and did a stretch. I don't think I am eating enough and my body is cramping really bad.
