Crazy, strong and loving it for May 7 - 13, 2012

Good Afternoon,

Tonite is another session with my trainer and my abs are still killing me from med ball and last nights class. I am starting to get a headache and I am not sure what is causing it. I didn't do cardio this morning my body was screaming for a stretch so I did SM with the band to stretch my legs.

Chris-they have 6 Les Mills instructors that do classes and spinning.

Debbie-sounds like a good plan.

Belinda-hate it when I get caught in the rain.

I did workout yesterday, but had some time conflicts and forgot to check in. So now I'll check in with Yesterday's workout and today's now.

Turbo Fire- Low HiiT 20= 20 Min

Total Calories Burned= 631

Les Mills Pump- Flow= 20 Min
Met Value= 2.50
Calories burned= 68

Hard Core Abs= 20 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 137

Total calories burned= 205

That's it for me today. I wanted to do Turbo Fire Low HiiT 25 today as well, but my right knee was bugging me from previous days workout and felt I'd better not push it, so I grudgingly opted to not do cardio today.

Good evening girls,

Finally got my workout in:rolleyes: I did BH Yoga for the Worrior. Tomorrow is a scheduled rest day, but I will try to get a cardio workout in. I also walked with my DH (his PT) for almost 2 miles, the dogs liked too:D

Job well done on your workouts, everyone! Keep up the good work;) I will be back in the morning. Sorry for the lack of personals, DH is keeping me busy:confused: have hardly any time for myself. BB in the morning.

Tonite I worked with the trainer again and for just a little girl she can kick my butt. She had me do 3 rounds of planks. supermans, walking lunges first set 12lbs 2nd and last set 15lbs., 12 lb tricep extensions and a move that starts as a dumbell curl to a squat into a shoulder raise and burpees. When I was leaving she wanted to weigh me and then wanted to know if I wanted my stats from last time and I told her she could tell me next time then I text her and she sent back that I have gained 2lbs of muscle and lossed 2% body fat.

Today was total body and cardio again, last workout for a week. I got on the treadmill for 1 minute intervals between each set.

2 sets/12 reps with 1 min. 30 second minute rest between each set.

Zottman Curls - 15's

Lying Dumbbell Triceps Extension - 15's

Dumbbell Flyes - 20's

Barbell Row - 50#

Squats - 25's (used dumbbells)

Upright Row - 35#

Total time on the treadmill was 18 minutes, went 1.3 miles and burned an extra 136 calories!

Track #7 Legs #40 BB More Squats and Lunges

Track #8 Shoulders using Weight Plates #5 and #7 db pair, Mac Raise, Rear Delt raises, Upright Row with #20 BB, Pushups body weight.

Track #9 Abs No BB or Weights

Track #10 Cool down/Stretch track

Oh man, that was a total sweatfest, and I was dripping wet afterwards now that was awesome!;):)

Yesterday ended up beeing a rest day afterall. Oh well! Had to run lots of errands. Today I will Bob's Workout. DH is doing fine, he gets frustrated because he can't sleep at night. He has to lay on this back w/ his feet apart (he can't cross them!). He wants to turn around on this side, but he can't. Poor, guy! He has a foam between his legs from keeping him still. He has to lay on this back, must be hard:confused:

Hi Girls!

Missed yesterday for some reason... Who knows? LOL!

Yesterday I did 4DS Biceps and Triceps plus I did part of Michelle Dozios Ultimate Cardio (but didn't get into it so much, so I only did 20 minutes) and then added on some drills from 4DS Bootcamp.

Today I did Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones. Never did that one before!!! It was good, I liked it. Compound weight work , fast moving circuits, light weights. I'm going to try to add a lighter weight circuit once a week with this rotation, instead of straight cardio.

Roxie: Looks like you're having a fun time exploring the gym!!! I have NO rhythm either. One big reason I won't try Zumba.

Debbie: You did great with the wweights/ bike workout yesterday!

Belinda: Sorry to hear about DH. I would have a hard time sleeping like that too!!! How long does he have to have that? I'm intrigued by Bob and Jillian lately. I should see if there's any Bob/Jillian Rotations out there.

Nora: WOW! that looked like a super crazy Les Mills workout!! You are rockin this rotation!!!

I had a great workout today, I did it and feel better. I did have to take it a bit easy being weary of any knee pain. So, all in all it was a great workout for today eventhough I got a later start on it than I'd have liked.
