Morning girls,


This week I will do the same workouts I did last week w/ BH. Since I have 3 rest days, I will try to add more cardio. I also need to get my eating under control, it's all over the place.

Its already shaping up to be a wild day. Boss lady is out of town for the next three days so I didn't walk this morning I could have done something I was awake just didn't want to get up. Tonite I work with the Personal Trainer I am really excited about that. After supper DH and I are going out to the kids house they are going to insulate today.

Belinda-how is DH and doing and how are you holding up?
 
Today was total body and cardio. I did what I did last week and in between my sets I ran on the treadmill for 1 min. 30 seconds.

3 sets/18 reps with 2 minute rest between each set.

Dumbbell Bench Press - 25's
(Do you know how hard it is to do bench pressing with a cat laying across your body and fluffing your shorts?)

Double Arm Rows - 12's

Plie Squats - 15# - 3 pulses down, switched hands with the weightss and did 3 pulses down again. Did that 18 times.

Lateral Raise - 8's

Hammer Curls - 12's

Had to skip triceps because I ran out of time.

Was on the treadmill a total of 20 minutes - did about 1.4 miles and burned an extra 152 calories.

I did my workout for today and finished it about a couple of hours ago, so I'll just check in now.

Les Mills Pump- Pump Extreme= 61 Min
Met Value= 6.50

Track #1 Warm up #15BB

Track #2 Squats #40 BB

Track #3 Chest #22 BB w/#1 ea weighted gloves.

Track #4 Legs & Back #30 BB for Clean and Press, #35 BB for Squats and lunges.

Track #5 Triceps- Weight Plates #5,#10 No BB

Track #6 Biceps #20 BB

Track #7 Legs #35 BB More Squats and Lunges

Track #8 Shoulders using Weight Plates #5 and #7 db pair, Mac Raise, Rear Delt raises, Upright Row with #20 BB, Pushups body weight.

Track #9 Abs No BB or Weights

Track #10 Cool down/Stretch track

Approximately 800 or so reps, Phew!;)

I did my workout earlier this everning. Almost talked myself out, glad I didn't:D I feel like my arms are falling off:confused: Bob's workouts are high reps! I was sweating buckets, which is good;) Good stuff!

I spent 30 mins with the personal trainer and guess what she likes firewalker bands. We did a circuit of lunges, squats with overhead press, rows, overhead tricep extension, and fire walker shuffle 3 rounds of each. I think I am going to like her she made me use 12 and 15lb wts which I would have wimped out on here at home, she also told me to do at least 30mins of cardio everyday.

Today was cardio. I almost - ALMOST - went back to bed. Woke up with a headache, which I still have, and just wanted to sleep some more. But decided I really needed to burn some calories so I jumped on my treadmill and did Cardio Coach #1. Ended up having a pretty decent workout.

I didn't sleep well last night and I should have gotten up to workout I was awake but just couldn't do it. Tonite is cardio of some kind, trainer says I need at least 30mins a day.

Debbie-good job getting up and getting your workout done even though you had a headache.
 
Hi Girls! :)

I took yesterday off. It was my birthday, and I still had a leftover headache from all day and night Sunday at work. :confused: Felt like crap. But I did enjoy spending time with my family and eating yummy/evil foods together! :rolleyes:

Today I decided to do your Dec 08 Rotation, Debbie. I'm going to do the leaner option, with the extra cardio instead of repeating weights. Today I did 4DS Chest & Back and then BM2 Abs. My 30 minutes of cardio was the 2nd premix of Cardio Supersets.

Belinda: Bob is VERY hard , his reps are crazy!!

Debbie: It's SO hard to workout through a headache. Good for you for doing it. I think I ended up with a bad headache Sunday/Monday because I forgot to take my Zyrtec for 2 days. I hurt so bad!

Nora: Nice job on your Les Mills stuff! That sounds like some tough stuff!

Roxie> The PT session sounded fun. That's awesome you're doing that for a while.

Tonite I went to the gym and did the elliptical and then I came home and did STS Med Ball Abs, and TF Stretch which I really needed I won't skip it after Thursday session.

Chris-sorry you had a headache, I forgot my Zyrtec this morning and thankfully my allergies weren't to bad today. Debbie's 08 Rotation was a good one I always have good results with it.

3 sets/8 reps with 1 min. 30 second minute rest between each set.

Leg Press Station - 165#

Incline Barbell Press - 75#

Had a good sweaty workout!

Total time on the treadmill was 21 minutes, went 1.5 miles and burned an extra 157 calories! :eek:

Tonite I am going to the gym to take a Turbo Kick class tonite the instructor I watched do one class is doing tonites and she almost looked like Chalene. They have a poster of Chalene in the gym.

Today was 4DS Shoulders. First I did my cardio, which was Step Moves. Always a fun one! Shoulders was tough.

I'm so tired and icky feeling today. Headache-y, but not a full blown headache. Just ick. It's raining AGAIN. I think the weather is partially responsible!

Roxie: So did you work with the PT last night? That's great you are getting into the gym thing!! Plus doing your own stuff at home. The Turbo Kick class should be so fun!

Nora: TF is ALWAYS a good one!!! Nice job!! Is that the hard Les Mills abs (harder than Ab Ripper X?)

Debbie: Is that the new rotation you're doing? Weights with TM intervals in between? I like how you do your own thing.

Yesterday I did BH Body Rev. Today was a rest day, but I went for a run instead. I did iTread Set 1/ 60 min. Halfway through my run it started to rain HARD, I got soaked!

Roxie - glad you like working out with a personal trainer.

Chris - enjoy Debbie's Dec rotation. Hope you are feeling better today? Very cool to see you on MFP too!

Debbie - glad you feeling better again. You are burning some cal this week. Good job!

Nora - you still like your Les Mill workouts, hah? They do sound great. How are you feeling?

I went to Turbo Kick and it was all Chalene moves but put together in different styles. It wasn't the instructor I thought it was but I got a good burn. The one I like does Les Mills Body Jam so that is my next class to take. Luckily for me it was a new routine so everyone was learning I didn't feel so out of place.

Today was cardio and I chose one of my Cardio Coach mixes. Had a pretty decent workout. I think I'm going to take next week totally off and start a new rotation the week after. I've been going at it for over 8 weeks and I'm just exhausted. So tomorrow will be my last workout for a week.

Chris - I'm still following the rotation I was doing but adding in the cardio. After this week I will make up one similar to what I've been doing because I really like it.

Today I did Lower Body Blast, plus added on Ab Hits #10 (Leaner Legs).

Roxie: VERY cool you liked the Turbo Kick! ANd even cooler they have a Les Mills Body Pump class! So today you work with the trainer?

Debbie: Great idea on doing something similiar next round. Sounds like a good way to break things up and get in some fat burning cardio.

Belinda: Sorry about getting caught in the rain during your run. Hate that! You're enjoying Bob, then? I should do one of his soon!
