Good morning,

I couldn't check in yesterday, had no internet connection:mad: we are running into bad weather. Arkansas, Tennesse and now in south western Va) We only 400 miles from Harbors Fairy.

All the RV parks have full hook ups (hot water, free internet and electricity) they usully have a gyms and so on too. The RV park we gonna stay in Harbors Fairy has a gym, confernence roon, laundry room, a full football feld(?)not sure why I would need one:eek: they have everything you need! It's right on the Patomic river. You have everything a resort offers!

I will continue with the 4DS! I will try to catch up on personals this weekend.

Today was Legs & Shoulders. I woke up with a twisted neck. I must have slept wrong. I went light with the weights because I didn't want to make it worse.

1 min. 30 second rest between each set.

LEGS
Squats - 85# - 3 sets/8 reps
BSS - 20's - 3 sets/10 reps
Elevated SLDL - 85# - 3 sets/10 reps
Dumbbell Calf Raises - 25's/3 sets/25 reps

SHOULDERS
Dumbbell Military Press - 15's - 3 sets/8 reps
Upright Rows - 45# - 3 sets/10 reps
Lateral Raise - 10's - 3 sets/12 reps

I fit is not raining I am going to go for a walk after work and then do KCM Plyo Blast if its raining I will just do the other workout.

Debbie-hope your neck feels better.

Hi Girls!

Today I did DISC 19, Meso 2's Chest Shoulders Triceps. Wow. I was sore DURING the workout!!! 70 minutes, with the Double Wave exercises (up and then down).

Belinda: I guess camp sites have fancied up since i last went to one!! LOL!. Funny about the Football Field!!! You could find some way to use it, no?

Debbie: OMG, I can't belive you did all that with a twisted neck!! Maybe your body is telling you to switch things up. I know I hyped up the Fat Belly Diet. Well, I'm done with that now. LOL! I started back with Weight Watchers Points Plus (I did WW'ers 10 yrs ago and lost 95 lbs, which I have mostly maintained, except for the 10-15 lbs that won't leave now). My body is definitely responding better to it. AND my motivation. You should look into changing it up. I know it's hard to change though.

Roxie: Hope you get your walk in! I forgot to tell you that was funny about your fat dog that doesn't like to walk. It made me smile! Poor poochie!!! I hope you can train him like a Cathlete! Good job on TJ yesterday , I love those standing abs!

Nora: Sorry your back/hip is bothering you too. Maybe it's all the high impact? be careful and rest it! Great workouts yesterday!

Hi girls~;)

I finished up my workout at 1:30 pm but had to get cleaned up and wait for UPS truck for DH, because he's waiting for something. I'm still having alot of tightness and pain in the hamstring glute area. All that seems to help is to apply heat and then stretching after a few hours of allowing the heat to loosen up the muscles there. Its so not fun, I'm defintiely ready for this to be over ugh, its been like a week and a half of this.

Good Evening,

I came home with a headache so I didn't workout so I will have to catch them up tomarrow.The kids are coming over for supper so I need to clean house.
