So my workout was supposed to be a Meso 1 Leg day. I wasn't feeling great
thinking about it. A little "dread" thing going. So I changed it up when I
got downstairs. I did the "oh so much easier and kinder (NOT!!!!!!)" , Lower
Body Blast, premix without the blasts, just the leg work. Holy crappers.
Ouch! I get a little frustrated with myself when I can't finish the reps.
That happened with the elevated lunges (it starts to pull my calf and I'm
afraid of it pulling) and the stationary lunges (same thing with my calf).
The stuff on the floor was hard too!! YOWZA! Guess Meso 1 would have been
better! LOL!. I plan on going to the park with Buddy later. He should be a
hot mess there, since he hasn't gone in a bout a week. LOL!

How is your DH's hip/leg holding out? I can't believe you did 4DS ON THE ROAD! what?!?!?!
Debbie: Nice workout today! Sounds like the 2 week rest did you good!! I know it's weird to have your body tweak weird sometimes.
Nora: NICE workout yesterday!!! That Stretch 10 always feels good. Hope your body feels better today. Have you ever done stretch 40? I love the floor stretches at the end!!!
