I did a treadmill workout today, just got on and did some hills and sprints for about 40 minutes. I left my cardio stats in my workout room so I can't give the details right now. I know I traveled 2 miles and burned around 328 calories. :D

Good Morning,

Because I spent the evening with my dds I didn't get a workout in so tonite will be Kettle Worx Core Level 2 and Fast Burn workout #2. It was fun watching my youngest dd react to the news of being and aunt.

Belinda-thanks for starting us off enjoy whatever workout you decide on.

Debbie-good job with your workout.

Nora-sounds like you had a fun workout. That was a hard secret to keep.

Hi girls!! :)

Today was Yoga X day, but it was SO nice out ALREADY I couldn not resist a little run! So I did a neighborhood run for 25 minutes. The park isn't ready for running yet, STILL have snow on the ground! But I'm sure that's history pretty soon since it's going to be almost 70 today!

I came home from my run and did Yoga Max to "fulfill my yoga requirement". :cool:

Nora: I LOVE the excitement about Les Mills Bodypump! How fun! Gosh , you made me FOR ONE MINUTE think about GETTING IT. LOL!!!! I love that you opened it right away and did it!!

Hoping to get some stuff done today. Besides laundry!!! I am SUCH a procrastinator and the computer just makes it worse for me. every day. ugh.

Hi girls;)

I did get a workout in but had to cut it a little shorter than I planned oh well, I still got it done.

Here's today's workout:

LIS- AfterBurn= 54 Min
Met Value= 8.50
Calories burned= 627

Cathe kicked but as usual man, those plank spidermans always kill me and I can't do as many as Cathe and crew. It was a total sweatfest as per Cathe's usual.

Its been a crazy day and I just won't have energy for personals tonight, sorry.
