Good morning,

Hope you all had a nice realxing weekend? I know I sure did!;)

I will start Meso 3 today! Yeah! Yesterday I picked up some workout dvd's from the library. I got:

- 10 Minute Solution "Fitness ball workout" with Kimberly Spreen. I will do the ab section on that one today!

- 10 Min solution Carb Burner. I got so bord just watching it :rolleyes: the lady dances around like she is on crack:eek:

- Walk away the pounds " Walk or Jog" with Leslie Sansons, maybe I will give that one a try today?

I am done with M3 D25! I think M3 is my favorite so far! Loved it! I also did the abs/stretch from 10 Minute Solution "Fitness ball workout" with Kimberly Spreen. I liked the stretch a lot in that one, abs was pretty good too!
Need to get busy! BBL!

Tonite is KCMs 30min Muscle definition and TJ standing abs. I to previewed a new workout 10 min solution KB came with pink weighted gloves.

Belinda-good job with your workout glad you like this cycle.
 
Hi ladies. Well, I was awake early enough to get in my workout, but I was too stiff and sore that early! If my legs loosen up a bit, I'll try to do cardio either at lunch or after work. Not sure what yet. Likely just SB b/c I don't really want to do anything longer than 50 mins (and really don't even want to do that much).

Belinda - YAY on making it to M3!!

Well, I've decided to take another week off. I can't believe I just said that. I still have pain in my hip flexor, it was pretty bad yesterday. I still can't sleep on my left side and it gets really tight when I sit too long. I'm hoping with another week off it will get a little better. If it doesn't, I've decided that I'm going to make an appointment to get x-rays and see if it's bone related or if it is the muscle. Has me really worried. Especially since I did absolutely nothing for the last week.

After a horrible Sunday with a horrible debilitating headache, I woke up this morning (skipped work last night :() and it was gone! But still out of it a little. Either way , I felt like doing my workouts which are : GS Chest & Triceps and then 30/30.

Chest and Triceps were hard, esp chest. OMG, the chest work goes on and on and on. I like the triceps, except the chest/tricep move on the bench with the bar bell. (what is that called??). It KILLS my shoulder.

Did 30/30 afterwards. You know, I guess Cathe IS right. It is one of the easier HiiTs. She does't do a lot of explosive step moves. And no butt kicks!!! YAY!!! Not too bad.

My head still feels weird though.

GOTTA get outside today, it looks sooo nice. Maybe I'll read in the yard ... Though I had this crazy idea maybe to go for a run? . I probably shouldn't. I can wait until tomorrow...

Belinda: Meso 3 is my favorite too! Very cool workouts you got to try!

Roxie: Nice line up for later!! I have a KCM 30 minute weight workout, but not sure it's that one. I haven't done it yet.

Heather: did your legs get sore from your run the other day too? I swear, my shins killed for 2 days!!! But I'm psyched to go out again, since i know they won't be so sore this next time. .... Hope you get nice and stretched and maybe get a little cardio in to loosen you up.

Debbie: Wow, you must be really hurting to take another week. But you should do it. And yes, definitly follow up with an xray to make sure it's nothing else.

Hi ladies. Just got back from a pleasant 30-min run with DH during lunch. The weather is unbelievable right now. Hovering at 70 and sunny. It was sooo nice to get out and get my legs moving after Pyramid and HIIT 30/30. Got major DOMS all over.

Chris - I agree that 30/30 is the easiest, but it's still a darn good workout isn't it! Glad you're feeling better. My legs really weren't sore from the run. My hips were just a tad, which they always are when I haven't been running consistently. Hope you get to get another run in too!

HR= 149 = 83% Max Heart Rate
MPH= 5.2 with 2% incline
Calories burned= 344

Muscle Endurance= 65 Min
Calories burned= 589
This was a fun one and I haven't done it in ages. :D

Total calories burned= 933!:eek::cool:

Heather - I can't believe you could do any sort of workout after legs AND HIIT yesterday! I've done that before and was SO sore the next day. But, I guess I probably worked out the next day anyway, too. ;)

My workout today was a one-hour Group Power class at my gym. I was dying to get back to weights after missing out on all lifting work last week while traveling for work. It felt good, I even upped the weight on legs, which I'm sure I'll regret tomorrow. But hey, no pain no gain right ladies??

I'm back for personals. I just started today Cathe's March 2010 rotation, it looks like a really fun one so I'm excited about this.

Belinda- Great job with STS Meso 3 its probably my most favorite one. You'll really enjoy it. I haven't tried Kimberly Spreen's 10 Minutes solution Fitness ball workout yet, but I have tried some of her workouts and I like her. ^^^5's on another great workout for you.

Roxie- Nice workouts you have scheduled for today. What did you think of KCM's 30 Min to Fitness Muscle Definition workout? I have that one but I don't think I've done it yet. Just curious? I love Turbo Jam Ab Jam that's always a fun ab workout and does a great job of both standing and floor work abs. Hope you had a fun workout~!;)

Heather- Sorry to hear your legs are so sore still, that's no fun. Its nice that you were able to take advantage of your nice weather and get in a 30 min run I hope that losened up your legs.;)

Debbie- Rest and recuperate is probably a good thing for you so enjoy taking another week off. Oh damn, about the hip flexor pain, sorry to hear about that. I hope that you go see the doctor about it, maybe the doctor can help.

Chris- Oh yuck on the horrible headache that's just no fun at all. I hope your doing much better today. Nice job on the GS Chest/Triceps then HiiT 30/30!For me its always the upperbody work that gets me, its my area I need to improve the most on. I'm very strong in my legs and don't generally get DOMS from leg work but upper body work, yikes! Now that's another story, I always get DOMS doing that. I'd probably hold off on the run today if I were you and let your legs rest abit. Then you'll have a better workout or run tomorrow. Rest your legs today, maybe a nice warm bath and get ready for tomorrow.;)
