Good morning girls,

We came home late last night! My friend had surgery yesterday, I am getting ready to visit her in the hospital.

Yesterday I saw 6 different doctors in Lanstuhl (Ramstein):confused: They are still not done checking. I will tell you everyhing later!

I will be back! Happy Hump day!
 
Hi ladies. Not sure if I'll be able to get in a workout today. Still a little shaky and queasy. I did make it to work at least.

Wendy - sounds like you've been a busy bee. Good job with your workouts.

Today is Muscle Max, which I'm kind of dreading, because it's so long! But I'll probably like it. (????)

Belinda: Wow you were put through the ringer yesterday, huh? Catch up later!

Nora: I'm glad you're forcing yourself to rest. You need it AND deserve it. Do some good stretches and light cardio (walks).

Debbie: Same thing for me, 'resting' doesn't do anything for my appetite either. You'd think you wouldn't feel so hungry , but i always do.

Wendy: You are super busy! Nice workouts though! I can't wait to run outside soon.

Heather: Your body is still recovering. I think you need to take the week off, seriously. Hope you do ok at work.

Roxie: Hope YOU are feeling better today!!!
 
Hi girls,

I'm just checking to say no workout today since its my rest week before beginning a new rotation. I'm not well today and can't do personals, I appologize in advance.

I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying their workouts. I know a few of you are fighting sinus issues like me. Those of you that are sick or injured get well soon!

Gosh, I hope everyone is laying low and getting their rest! Yowza - I don't think we've had so many people sick at the same time before...? Hang in there, girls - you'll get your energy back and be working out in a few days!

Chris - did you do MM? Enjoy it? Pretend you did?
Today I did Hiit 40/20 because I got into the carbs this afternoon! Then I did S&H Chest. Had a really good workout. Now I'm hoping to get a good nights sleep - I don't have to get up and leave the house at any particular time for any particular reason (that I know of YET!).
