D28 and extended stretch is done!I ran out of time with my abs, I will work my abs today:p BBL!


Warm up: 2 sets/12 reps
Flat BB bench press - 50#, up 3#
Flat BB bench press - 50#

Workout: 4 sets/ 7 reps
Flat BB bench press - 84#, up 4#
BB rows - 84#, up 4#

Flat bench chest flys - 28#, up 3#
One Arm row - 40#, up 12#

Incline BB bench press - 84#, up 4#
BB Deadlifts - 75#, up 5#

Incline Chest flys - 28#, up 3#
One Arm row - 40#, up 12#

Today was total body and I had an excellent workout. I felt strong and had tons of energy. Same workout as last Monday only in superset fasion.

3 sets/5 reps with 1 minute rest between each superset.

SS #1
Flat Bench Press - 100# (up 5#)
ss w/
Barbell Rows - 90# (up 5#)

SS #2
Squats - 120# (up 10#)
ss w/
Stiff Leg Deadlifts - 95# (up 5#)

SS #3
Barbell Curls - 65# (up 5#)
ss w/
Close Grip Bench Press - 90# (up 5#)

Like I said, I felt really strong today! :D

Tonite for me is S&H Chest and Back. DD is coming over to workout but I can move my stuff to the pool room since it doesn't require much space.

Belinda-GET THOSE ABS DONE. Nice workout.

Debbie-nice workout for you to. How are the abs coming?
 
I did S&H Chest and Back today, with the planks! Have fun with it , Roxie! it's a great workout, loved it. Shook like a chihauhau!

P90X Ab RipperX= 16 Min

Calories burned= 109

STS Cardio: MMA Boxing- Heavy Bag= 20 Min
Met Value= 7.50
Calories burned=205

Jungle Gymn XT - Beginner Suspension Training Workout=14 Min
Body Weight
Met Value= 6.0
Calories burned= 115

Total calories burned= 855;):cool:

Debbie- What can I say, your simply amazing and killer job on your workout. Nice weights used totally awesome! You are an amazon!!! You rocked that workout WTG and I'm happy that you could do that and have great energy, excellent job and what an inspiration!:cool::):):cool:

Roxie- I hope you had a great workout with S+H Chest and Back, that is always a killer for me and always gives me the gift of DOMS, its a goody. Enjoy and happy killer workout. You go girl!!!;):)
