CRAZY STRONG AND LOVING IT FOR MARCH 22, 2011

Hallo and good morning,

The movers came before 8 am, all my/DH cloth/shoes/workout cloth & BB's and bikes are gone! Hope I didn't forget anything, oh well! DH ask me this morning if am bringing enough cloth:eek: he thought I didn't had enought, so I ended up packing more cloth this morning at 6 am:eek::p I am beat already! Last night I started packing all my workout DVD's, since I can't fit the enire Cathe libary in my carry on, I bought two CD/DVD cases that hold 72 DVDs:eek: you fit a lot of DVDs in those suckers:p they hardly take up any space in your suitcase! I still have room for other stuff in my carry on, just in case I forget anything! Note to myself, I still need to take the sleeves out of the DVD cases, so Cathe can sign my covers:p

DH and I will go to the gym tonight. Off to take the dogs for a walk! BBL!
 
So today was suppose to be cardio and I had all intentions of doing cardio. However, Aunt Flo is hitting me hard again and I had an atrocious headache when I got up this morning. I didn't go back to bed and did my Yoga Stretch workout instead. Felt ok, but my head is really hurting. And to top that off, I came to work and fed our cat here and when I got done I forgot the shut the cabinet door and slammed my forehead right into it. OMG did that hurt. I seen stars, literally. Just what I needed. Good thing I brought a ton of IBUprofin with me.

Anyways, hopefully I'll be almost normal tomorrow...

Belinda - Are you coming back to the states now?

I have been having some trouble with my neck and shoulder blades since PUB last week which this morning caused me to wake up with a migraine and now my stomach is feeling queasy so I didn't get my workout in this morning and I don't know if I will be staying at work all day just don't feel right.

Belinda-sounds crazy at your house have a safe move.

Debbie-hope your head gets better. I think some of mine is also allergies.

Nora-you hurt your back but still managed to have a kickin cal burn you are amazing.

Roxie - hope the migraine doesn't last all day. And being out in the wind sometimes can make you feel beat up!

Debbie - ouch on hitting your head. Hope you feel better tomorrow.

Belinda - that's a lot of workout DVDs. DH was just joking about how many Cathe DVDs I have...not any others mind you. It's sort of obnoxious LOL.

Chris - please tell me you're doing ok????

Jessica - you're probably not checking, but feel better my friend.

Yesterday I got in about 6.3 windy windy miles running after work. Windy and HOT. Today is a weight day for me. SO wish I could go to the gym and do that right now while I still feel motivated.

I just finished today's workout, still sore in my back but trying to hang in there.

Insanity- Plyometric Cardio Circuit= 40 Min
Met Value= 10.50
Calories burned= 573

KCM MTF- Circuit Burn Workout #1 + 6 Min Abs = 36 Min
Met value= 7.0
Calories burned= 344

Jungle Gymn XT - Beginner Suspension Training Workout=14 Min
Body Weight
Met Value= 6.0
Calories burned= 115

Total Calories burned= 1,032:eek::cool:

Hey Girls!

Checking in late, busy day!

Today was Pure Strength Back & Biceps & Abs! I hardly remember PS workouts. It was shorter, but a GOOD workout. I went heavier, as Cathe says to do, and burned out my biceps , especially! I know the "oldness" of these workouts turn some people off, but it doesn't bother me at all.

After lunch, I took Buddy for a 25 minute brisk-ish walk! We both needed it!

Belinda: Wow, you are so busy!! I can't believe you fit in workouts!

Debbie: Ugh on the headache. I feel for ya. Nasty stuff! I do find sometimes doing a cardio HELPS my head pain. But not always.

Roxie: hope you feel better too!!!

Heather: Why would I not be doing ok? Except for behavior issues with Buddy (trainer is coming tomorrow), things have been "ok" here. I'm so jealous of your hot weather. I 'm SOOoOooo tired of being cold, I'd take a little sweat for a change!

Nora: Really? You hurt your back and banged out > 1000 calories today? holy moly, you are super woman, you really are!!!! No stopping Nora!!! :)

Debbie- no, I am not coming back to the states now! We have to sent cloth and stuff(can't fit everything in my suitcases) ahaid of time, otherwise it will not get there by the time we are in the states. At this point I wished they would have packed up all my furniture and everything we own. Certain things like my lines/towles enything that is close to my body I will pack on my own. LOL, you poor girl! Hope your day will be better tomorrow.

Roxie - Oh no! Hope you feel better.

Heather - I didn't relized I had that many wo dvds:eek: I still have wo dvds, but I will not bring them with me. You are kicking butt with those runs, wtg!

Nora - you are amzing working out with a sore back!

Chris - I love, love the PS series! Great job, burning out your biceps today.
