Total calories burned= 817;)

Belinda- Nicely done today with P90X3 Accelerator, way to get it done! Have a great day and I hope your DD's Dog is doing better.

Debbie- Sometimes a yoga stretch is just what is needed and its nice to allow your body that time to stretch and rejuvenate between cardio based workouts. Nicely done today girlfriend. Have a fab day!;)

Shout outs and waves to Chris and Roxie. No doubt you both have either done your killer workouts for today or are planning to do so later. Either way have a great workout and a awesome hump day! ;)

Today I did a lower body workout on my own and had a great workout. My right knee hurt a bit today, that is the one that has been bothering me for a long time now. I wish it would stop hurting. Still had a great workout, though.

This is what I did:

Barbell Squats - 65# - 3 sets of 10 reps

Static Lunges - 12's - 3 sets/10 reps

Elevated Deadlifts - 55# - 3 sets 10 reps

Leg Press Station w/Calf Presses - 120# - 3 sets 10 reps (alternated between leg press and calf raises. Did 3 sets of 10 for the leg press and 3 sets of 20 for the calf presses)

Butts & Guts Outer Leg Raises w/Stability Ball - These kill, wanted to add them in

Belinda - I was thinking about that rotation you were doing. How did you do the STS workouts? Did you know you were suppose to do those every other day and put cardio in between? It isn't good to do weight training every day. Just thought I'd let you know. Not sure how you did that series.

Debbie - I did it every other day w/cardio in-between:) When I do P90X3 weight lifting, I don't go every heavy. It's a lot of body weight or 10 reps counts. Thanks for you input. I will lay out my 4 DS rotation either today or tomorrow. I will posted here, maybe you can take a look at what I came up:eek: Thanks for all your help! You are amazing:D Amazing leg workout this morning. Love B&G leg workouts.
 
Crazy strong and loving it

This morning, on an off day, I decided to 1RM test my bench press. I benched 44 pounds MORE than my original 1RM x7!!. I am just starting meso 3 and gotta say I am tickled about my results! I have made dramatic gains on other lifts as well. This puts my 1RM on bench up nearly 50%!! I am taking in at least 200 grams of protein/day. If you don't feed it it WON'T grow!! Too many people try to make gains and cut weight at the same time and it doesn't work! Thanks STS!!!

I re-injured my knee banging it into a wooden chair, it hurts still and its been like four days. I am having troubles with oldest son. He said some things that hurt me deeply but I will pray about it and ask for help.

I did KCM TLC 1 and 30 minutes on the TM before work this morning.

Today I did Cardio Coach #3 and had a fairly decent workout. I like this workout and CC #1, they are short and sweet.

Workout was 37 minutes total, ran 2.25 miles and burned about 335 calories.

Nora - I'm sorry to hear about your knee and your son. Take care of that knee, I think you need to let it heal totally before going back to the workouts. As for your son, one day he'll be sorry he said all those things to you. I hope you are ok. {{{Hugs}}}

Got some workouts in this week, Monday , Tuesday, Wed and Then today.

Today was AOLIHiiT Double Floor Premix and then I did 1 segment from Amy Dixon Core Cuts. (Pilates)

Roxie, Sorry for the headache day, good job on KCM TLC(one of my favorites!)

Belinda, Are you working on a new rotation?

Nora, I'm very sorry about your knee AND your son. I had issues with my 14 yea old son this week too. They were SO much easier when they were babies!!! ((hugs)). Hope you are feeling better!!

I did KCM's CB 2 and Trim Down Boxing Premix and I forgot that was a tough workout forgot it was boxing and not kickboxing I had to pause and catch my breath.

Chris-good job getting your workouts in and I understand about workout schedules changing.

Today I did Flex Train, no abs and then did the Bonus Heavy Bag from Xtrain.

Awesome combination, gave me some energy I was lacking from no sleep last night (my oldest son came home late and I had to wait up for him.. grrrr!)

Today I am starting the Gym Style rotation. I still haven't decided on a rotation:eek: I guess, I will after my coffee:eek:

Debbie - have fun with your workouts today. I was looking at Cathe's Dec 06 Fat Loss and Strength Building rotation and her January 2014 one? I still need to look over your rotations, not sure if you have one with the Gym Styles? Maybe I just dive into it and do whatever I feel like doing that day? Can't decide? Or maybe I just do a week from each rotations?

Roxie - the weather was so nasty yesterday, no way I would walk or even go outside:) It's raining here for the last 3 day's. Nice job this weekend.

Nora - thank you! Wow, on your workout yesterday:eek: Glad you feeling better again. Good for you.

Chris - I am doing the Gym Styles for the next 4 weeks. Great job on your workouts. Glad you feeling better too.

Today I did Press Play but only did Challenge 1, 2 and 3 due to time. I was hoping to get the 4th challenge in as well but no such luck.

Workout was 50 minutes total, I ran 2.75 miles and burned about 445 calories.

Belinda - I do have a GS rotation out there. I'll see if I can find it later for you.
