I just finished working out and it was a doozy, so I'll just get right to the check in.

Here's today's workout:

Daily HiiT- Real Time Challenge- Day # 15= 75 Min

Belinda- Way to start your Monday off with a bang with such great workouts as STS M3 D34 (Back/Chest) and P90X3 Decelerator, well done girlfriend you are a rock star! About Hard Strikes its not a workout I liked right off the bat. It took it a while to start to feel ok with it and eventually enjoy it. But yes, it does have an overload of jumping jacks. You can either jog in place, or take the jump out and just do side to side step outs as shown in LIS. It just surprised me that after doing HS for the first time in ages and I enjoyed it, whoa its like what is up with that? LOL!! Happy St. Patrick's day and Top O' the Morning to you!;):D

Hi everyone. No workout for me yesterday because I had an early morning meeting. Back at it today and did upper body and abs. Had a great workout! Did this in tri-set fashion.

Pushups - 2 sets 12 reps warmup

Barbell Bench Press - 55# - 3 sets/12 reps
Barbell Curls - 32# - 3 sets/10 reps
Lateral Raise - 8's - 3 sets/12 reps

Incline Bench Press - 55# - 3 sets/12 reps
Barbell Rows - 32# - 3 sets/10 reps
Hammer Curls - 15's - 3 sets/10 reps

Dumbbell Flyes - 15's - 3 sets/12 reps
Upright Rows - 32# - 3 sets/10 reps
Overhead Tricep Extension - 25# - 3 sets/10 reps

Lying Tricep Extensions - 12's - 3 sets/12 reps
Elbow Planks - 3 sets/20 seconds each
Reverse Crunch - 3 sets/20 reps

Today was cardio and I did Run Fit. Total puke status workout. I did well with this one. Was sweating like crazy!

Workout was 52 minutes, I ran 3.25 miles and burned about 490 calories.

Roxie - LOL on you liking to see the weights I use. I feel like a wimp anymore, I don't lift half as heavy as I used to. Oh well.

Nora - 1000 calories? Holy crap! Nice going girl! Like Roxie said, how did you even function after that? High fives!!! Woohoo!

Belinda - LOL on the ballerina comment! Nice workout!

I did KCM's Total Body Kickboxing 1 had a great workout. Its suppose to be 56 and windy here today but I am hoping to go for a walk when it warms up.

Debbie-you are still impressive to me I should push myself that hard. Good job on your workout.

Today I did a lower body workout on my own and had a great workout. Knees were a bit sore today, not sure why. Still did well. Went up in weights on most exercises.

This is what I did:

Squats (warmup) - 32# - 2 sets of 10 reps

Leg Press & Calf Press - 140# (alternated between leg press and calf raises. Did 3 sets of 10 for the leg press and 3 sets of 20 for the calf presses

Elevated Deadlifts - 52# - 3 sets 10 reps

Squats - 55# - 3 sets 10 reps

Plie Squats - 35# - 3 sets 10 reps

I also took a nice, long walk with the dogs today. Did my abs and P90X3 Eccentric Upper. That's all. DH come home late from work, so no doubles today:( Oh, well!

Nora - now, I want to do a CC:( You must be feeling better. Fantastic job, girl! Hope your dental appointment went well yesterday. I am getting ready to get rid of all the carpet in my house. I hate carpets. Dogs and carpets don't mix:confused:

Debbie - I like the looks of your lower body workout. WTG!

Roxie - nice job on KCM's Total Body Kickboxing yesterday. Did you get that walk in? Went today and it was windy. Where is spring?

I was so tired coming home from work that I didn't want to workout but I made myself do it so KCM's Body Training Standing Legs are done and now my legs are shaking.

Belinda-yes I got my walk in yesterday but today it was 71 and way to windy to walk and I thing spring decided not to show up this year.

Today I did Cardio Coach #6 with Candace and did Challenge #1, #2 and #4. I hate #3 so I skipped it. Had another puke status workout. This has been a great week of workouts for me. I feel like my old self. Not sure why, but I hope I can keep up with it.

Workout was 47 minutes, ran 2.8 miles and burned about 405 calories.

Roxie - Thanks about my weights yesterday! I appreciate it. When I think that 3 years ago I used to squat 125# and now I'm only doing 55#, I sort of get really bummed out. But at least I am increasing again and you never know, maybe I'll be squating 125# again.

Belinda - Glad you got a nice walk in with your dogs. I can't wait until it gets warm and me and my dh can go walking in the parks again. I miss that.

Nora - What do you think about CC #2 revised? I hate that there isnt' much of a warmup in that one. That's why I made my own. :) Nice job, girl!!! You rock!

Debbie - it was so windy yesterday, I wore a heavy jacket Now, we getting snow again on Sunday, WTH? I think, Spring is skipping us this year:mad: Every time I see you doing CC, I want to do one:( I miss running.


Roxie - I feel the same way about Spring:eek: What's up with that weather this year. I talked to my sister in Germany, it's hot over there:eek: It never get's hot in March.

Crazy thing, I ended up coming down with Pneumonia last Friday! :eek: I was so so sick feeling. So exhausted, couldn't do much for about 3 days. I did end up going back to work Wed. night. Felt crappy. But I feel a lot better today. I hadn't worked out since last Wednesday!!

Today I started back with something lighter. I did Brazil Butt Lift's Cardio Axe and then Rodney Yee Yoga for Stretching & Relaxation + Meditation. It was pretty good!

You girls have been kicking butts with workouts this week!!! Very nice! ... Nice to see Debbie back at doing weigth workouts!!

Off to do groceries and my youngest has his yearly physical this afternoon...

Chris- Oh no, yikes that sounds like no fun. So glad you're feeling better now!:) Gee whiz, if I had that I'd be skipping workouts until I felt human again first then worry about the workouts later. I applaud your easing back into working out with something lighter and not to strenuous, WTG!!! Glad you're easing back into it this week. I'd also suggest KCM's Start Here that's a good one to use for recovering from illness or injury to get back into working out. Congrats on feeling human again, get lots of rest and feel better keep on the mend side of things girlfriend.;):D Take care and have a blessed Friday!;):cool:

Debbie- Bravo on your workout today with Cardio Coach #6 with Candace today. I like how you changed things up to work better for you, that's the way to do it, WTG girlfriend! Nicely done on mileage and calories today that was some killer workout today. Its awesome you feel like your old self again lets hope that feeling is here to stay. Yes, the Cardio Coach Revised #2 warm up does seem short but usually forget that and just do it. I'm trying to ease my way back into running on TM a couple of days a week. Its been hard recovering from my knee injury as its been slow healing. I knew yesterday's run wasn't stellar for me but I was able to run so that made all the difference that was my primary goal so on that count I was successful. My aim is to run two days a week and see how that goes. I am still doing Daily HiiT workouts so some of them are long and others shorter. I will have to figure out my schedule workout wise and how I can keep up with both we'll see. Great workout Debbie, keep up the amazing workout and glad your back!!:D
