I did Turbo Fire 45 this morning and I just walked my dogs for 50 min.

I did KCM's Body Training 2 Floor work and it was as tough as a Cathe floor workout. It was 77 here earlier but the wind is gusting to 45 mph and its getting colder we are suppose to have rain mixed with snow tonite and its only going to be 49 tomarrow.

Debbie-awesome workout and yeah I have had enough.

Today I did Cardio Coach #1. Still having some stomach issues, but not too bad. I'm wondering if I got a touch of the stomach flu? Is it possible to have a "touch" of the flu? Chris? Anyways, I had a pretty good workout despite the fact that I had to stop and go to the bathroom. Oy!

Workout was 39 minutes total, ran 2.25 miles and burned about 315 calories. Not too shabby.

We are supposed to get 3-8 inches of snow today. Yesterday is was in the 60's and today it will be a high of 20. Only in Ohio...

Good job on your workouts everyone! I'm sorry I haven't had time for personals!

Been getting my workouts in. Monday was X10, Step. Yesterday was meso 1, week 4, Legs. and today I did combos 1-3 of Party Rockin Step #2 + stretchmax w/the band.

Sorry your stomach is icky, Debbie. You could have a "touch" of a bug. I wouldn't call it the flu, necessarily, but you can get stomach bugs that are light. Or maybe you could have eaten something bad? .... Make sure you drink a lot of water!

That was a fun butt kicking HiiT circuit and I was a sweaty mess after, loved it!! Total Calories burned= 917:eek::cool:;)

Chris- Hi!!:D Wow, great workouts Monday and Tuesday, High fives on the awesome job, you go girlfriend. I love the workouts you are doing X10, is awesome. My best purchase I think of Cathe's new ones at least that is to say its one I enjoy often. STS weights you can't go wrong with that series its amazing, and glad to see you're having fun with Party Rockin' Step #2 and Stretch Max. There are some really good stretches in there its a nice one to have in the workout dvd library. Oh no on your comment about your weather, there are many who would agree they are tired of winter and ready for spring to get here. Hang in there and enjoy and you Rock on those workout girlfriend, keep up the amazing job! Now, go have a fabulous day befitting the amazing workout Cathlete that you are. Debbie- Great job on Cardio Coach Volume 1. Good for you you did the entire 39 min and ran a good distance and had a great calorie burn too. All that and your stomach was not feeling up to snuff too. Please take it easy the rest of the day. Chris is probably right there could be some sort of bug out there. I would suggest maybe some Pepto Bismal that seems to help whenever I have tummy issues. I hope that helps and feel better ASAP!;) Take care and feel better.;):)

Good Afternoon,

I had my yearly physical this morning and my cholesterol is still running high but my doctor said alot of it was genetic and she told me to take niacin 500mg every night with a baby aspirin so hopefully that helps and she said at this point my wt has stayed the same since 2010 so I am at my set point and just need to maintain. Forgot to mention I did KCM's Lift today.

Debbie-sounds like a touch of something good job getting your workout in.

Nora-nice workout. I ordered KCM's new workouts.

Today I did Lower Body and Abs and had an ok workout. I know my legs will be sore tomorrow.

Leg Press Station - 130# - 3 sets/12 reps
Squats - 20's - 3 sets/10 reps
Deadlifts - 42# - 3 sets/10 reps
Static Lunges - 12's - 3 sets/10 reps
Plie Squats - 30# - 3 sets/10 reps

Then I did MIS Abs. I haven't worked my abs in a long time. I could tell. :rolleyes:

Chris - I'm still feeling not quite right today but a lot better than I was. Maybe I did catch something. Thanks for the insight! It's nice to have you around! :)

Belinda - Collage Videos is going out of business? Dang, I wonder why? They are the only place I ever buy videos when I do buy them. That's really sad to hear.

Roxie - Sounds like your appointment went fairly well. Genetics plays alot into our health, it's crazy.

Nora - Your knee must be better! Nice workout yesterday, you kicked butt! I wish I had some Pepto. I may get some this weekend if I'm still not feeling up to par. Thanks!!!

I just finished today's workout and will check in. I wanted to go for a cardio coach run on the TM today but my right knee is feeling a little swollen so I thought I'd better not do the run all that jarring might be the wrong thing to do so I opted to do something else.

Here's today's workout:

MV= 10.50
CB= 644

KCM 30 MTF- Trim Down- Kelly's Favorite Mix= 20 Min
MV= 7.50
CB= 205

Total calories burned= 849:cool::D

Debbie- Girl that was an awesome workout, you can sure lift the weights, I wish I could do that. You're my hero! WTG on that kick-butt workout today high fives!! Nora - fantastic job with your workouts today. I almost bought the KCM one yesterday:eek: Then I remembered I am not a big fan of Kelly:eek: SORRY!! I always feel like her form is off:confused: Glad you listen to your body today. Feel better!

Debbie - Collage Videos is going out of business. Loved that site to review workout dads:( Very sad! Their prices were always a little higher than anywhere else and so was their shipping. They hardly ever had sales:eek: They sure, had some business yesterday, they sold out most of their stock:p I bought a bunch of dvd's too. Not that I need more:confused:

I did KCM's Body Training 1 Standing and my legs are fried happy tomarrow is upper body. GS gets tubes in his ears tomarrow morning so I am hoping that goes well for him and maybe he can talk a little better.

Debbie-I know genetics is a bitch but what can we do. Good job with your wts always impressive. You need to do abs and I need to work on cardio.

Today I did my own revision of Cardio Coach #2. Still need a little bit longer warmup. I'll have to fix that. But it was a great workout. I like how I have it set up. I did good and ran my butt off.

Workout was 40 minutes, ran 2.25 miles and burned about 342 calories.

I hope everyone is having a wonderful Saturday. I just finished working out for today and will now check-in.

Here's today's workout:

Xtrain - Hard Strikes = 47 Min
MV= 8.50
CB= 545

I have to say I'm shocked because this time through I found I really love this workout. Previous times through I did not like all the jumping jacks it hurt my ankles and didnot like the sit up/push up combo. This time I had no trouble at all in fact it felt easy. I wonder if that's because of all the HiiT workouts I've been doing from Daily HiiT challenges. Either way its a win win for me Cathe and Daily HiiT with some Les Mills Combat, Boxing, and KCM thrown in there for added variety its all good. I'm loving it and having a ball with my workouts which are such blessings.

Roxie- Awesome job with today's workout with KCM's Your Best Body Upper Body & Core only and Circuit Burn Cardio & Boxing, high fives on what you have accomplished today, WTG!:D If you do get to go on a walk later that is a bonus, if not no worries. Good morning,

Workout for today is: STS M3 D34 (Back/Chest) and P90X3 Decelerator. We got like 10' of snow:mad: I had it with snow. DH and I cleaned up our yard, I am ready for spring:)

Nora - nicely done on HS! I don't like HS:mad: Way to many jumping jacks, heck the entire workout is jumping jacks:eek: A lot of people don't like HS.
