Wow, great workouts Monday and Tuesday, High fives on the awesome job, you go girlfriend. I love the workouts you are doing X10, is awesome. My best purchase I think of Cathe's new ones at least that is to say its one I enjoy often. STS weights you can't go wrong with that series its amazing, and glad to see you're having fun with Party Rockin' Step #2 and Stretch Max. There are some really good stretches in there its a nice one to have in the workout dvd library. Oh no on your comment about your weather, there are many who would agree they are tired of winter and ready for spring to get here. Hang in there and enjoy and you Rock on those workout girlfriend, keep up the amazing job! Now, go have a fabulous day befitting the amazing workout Cathlete that you are. Debbie- Great job on Cardio Coach Volume 1. Good for you you did the entire 39 min and ran a good distance and had a great calorie burn too. All that and your stomach was not feeling up to snuff too. Please take it easy the rest of the day. Chris is probably right there could be some sort of bug out there. I would suggest maybe some Pepto Bismal that seems to help whenever I have tummy issues. I hope that helps and feel better ASAP!
