Belinda- Congrats on your amazing workout you have on tap for today of D30 (SBT) and P90X3 Pilates X. I love how you commented that P90X3 was high impact but you modify and take out the jumps and loving it still and having fun with it. That's all you can ever ask from a workout dvd program. Good for you modifying and making it work for you. I did notice that in the infomercials for P90X3 it does look high impact but if there are issues for an individual you can safely modify and still get a lot out of the workouts. Awesome job on the ten pounds down too! You are getting great results and you are not even done yet, you go girlfriend!

Roxie-Great job on last nights workout with KCM Wts with cardio rests. That's a fun one. So, are you going to take part in KCM's presale Saturday ? At least 40 degrees is warmer than it has been for you recently. I hope it continues to get warmer there.
