I just finished today's workout and will quickly check in and do brief personals.

Kettlebell Kickboxing- Scorcher Series- Power = 39 Min
MV= 9.50
CB= 506

Total calories burned= 838;)

Belinda- You go girlfriend with that 3 mile walk and P90X3 Triometrics. I'm glad your still loving P90X3 and glad to hear that its not high impact either. WTG on today's workout, you keep up the great workouts because you are awesome! Have a wonderful Thursday and be well.;)

Debbie- Yes, I'm getting interested in P90X3 I so love the 30 minute workout idea. Its a bit out of my reach right now money wise but its one I'll keep in mind for when things are better financially. I'm keeping the workouts dialed back impact wise but it seems the minute you have to do that you don't want to. LOL!! Crazy huh! I have been lowering the intensity and try to make sure I do not do anything to re-injure or cause pain to my knee. Thanks for asking about it. Hi Girls!

I worked last night, which always knocked me for a loop!

I did Cardio Supersets premix 1-4 and then Yoga Relax #2 Premix. Also abs from Turbo Barre.

I did KCM's 30 minutes to Wts 2 premix with Cardio Rests. It didn't get anywhere near 50 degrees today 40 tops.

Today I have D30 (SBT) and P90X3 Pilates X on tap.

Chris and Debbie , don't give me wrong…..P90X3 is high impact, there is a modifier but for some reason they don't really modify:eek: I have to keep the intensity down, my PF/heal spur doesn't like all that jumping. Since doing P90X3 I am down 10 pounds;) I am still sweating and working hard, just no jumping! Hope this helps!

Roxie - good job with your workout.

Roxie, we're supposed to get a bit warmer tomorrow too. 40, MAYBE 50. That KCM workout sounds good, I like "cardio rests"!

Belinda, I don't mind high impact. So it's all good! Congrats on losing weight!! WOW!! What are you eating? are you following P90X3 's meal plan?

Belinda- Congrats on your amazing workout you have on tap for today of D30 (SBT) and P90X3 Pilates X. I love how you commented that P90X3 was high impact but you modify and take out the jumps and loving it still and having fun with it. That's all you can ever ask from a workout dvd program. Good for you modifying and making it work for you. I did notice that in the infomercials for P90X3 it does look high impact but if there are issues for an individual you can safely modify and still get a lot out of the workouts. Awesome job on the ten pounds down too! You are getting great results and you are not even done yet, you go girlfriend!;):D

Roxie-Great job on last nights workout with KCM Wts with cardio rests. That's a fun one. So, are you going to take part in KCM's presale Saturday ? At least 40 degrees is warmer than it has been for you recently. I hope it continues to get warmer there. In the meantime keep warm, drive safe if your driving today, have a fab workout later, and most importantly have a fab friday and blessed day!;):)

Nora - thanks for your kind words! Fantastic job on your workout today. Even though I keep the intensity down in P90X3, trust me I am still working hard.:eek:

Chris - thanks you! I am kinda, loosely follow the 21 Day Fix eating program. This is what I eat in a day : 4 greens (vegetables) = 1 cup, 3 purple (fruit), 4 reds (proteins) = 3/4 cups (I eat more than 3 cups a day!!), yellow (carbs) = 1/2 cup, 1 blue (healthy fats, cheese = 1/3 cup, 1 orange (seeds + oils) = 1/3 cup plus 4 teaspoons = like almond butter, peanut butter:eek: After the Classic P90X3 rotation, DH and I will do the P90X3 Lean rotation. I will follow Tony's eating program next round:D If you don't mind high impact, you will love this program. Hope this helps!

I did KCM's Start Here 1 and who knew 5lb wts could feel like 10lbs and then I walked on the TM for 30 minutes. Its another cold day here suppose to be 38 it was 60 yesterday.

I had to test the knee with jump rope to see if it will be ok for higher impact workouts I'm used to lately. The knee is still bruised and a bit swollen/sore but seems ok to workout as long as I don't do stuff with knees on ground putting my weight on them. My right knee is still sensitive to anything touching it so I'll need to modify if needed.

Daily HiiT- Killer Six Pack Abs - HiiT Core # 1 = 3 Rnds X 5 Min ea = 15 Min
MV= 6.0
CB= 123

Hi everyone! I'm back at it. Reluctantly. The rest didn't seem to do me much good with motivation to workout, but the challenge from work has. So I got up and got on my treadmill for a half hour.

I don't know what is going on with my digestive system (well, I do know - I'm eating crap all weekend) but I was up most of the night with teh worse stomach pains. Just some major gas going on there and it was horrible. I know, TMI! Sorry! After I got up this morning I felt a bit better and made myself at least walk on my treadmill for a half hour. That is the challenge - get moving for at least a half hour a day (180 minutes a week) which should be no big deal for me. My goal for the first 6 weeks is to lose 5 pounds and eat better. No sweets which will be hard for me, but I need to do this.

I walked 1.5 miles and burned only 150 calories but that's ok. I'll do better tomorrow. :)

Belinda- Awesome workout you have on tap for today with STS M3 W3 and P90X3 Block3, Week 11 today. Wow! That sounds like an amazing workout you go girlfriend. Don't worry about what food choices you made yesterday just know this is a brand new day and you get to turn the page. Go and have a victorious workout and day because you are awesome!;):)

Debbie- Sorry to hear that you're not feeling so great. That happens to all of us and so does the falling off the wagon eating choices. I've been there done that and still do it, much to my disappointment. Good thing today is a new day and good new here is that yesterday is done that chapter is closed. So now you can make a fresh start today and make healthful yummy food choices today and feel better. Its so good that you made yourself get up and walk a half hour on the Treadmill today that is a great way to get yourself up and moving which helps jump start circulation, oxygenation, and digestion. All those things and more working together should help to get you on the right track. Just feel better and have a great fresh start Monday today!;):)

I don't have my TM or stationary bike in a room that has TV or DVD player, so I had to pass on the Home Gym Intervals one. Both of KCM's new ones sound great I just can't use the second one in my home right now, sadly .

Hi Belinda- Yes there are some that definitely are in the Real Time Challenge with Lisa Marie, it's a 30 day challenge. The 30 day Challenges with her so far have been longer than 30 minute most of them are about 50 plus minutes long for maximum fat burn and loss.

It was 77 degrees today so I had to go for a 2 mile walk tonite outside and it felt wonderful. Good job everyone on your workouts.
 
Today I did upper body and had a good workout. Stomach still messed up but it's much better than yesterday. Maybe I had a touch of the stomach flu or something? Don't know. But I had a good workout at least.

Everything was 3 sets and I did between 8-12 reps

Chest Press - 45# - 3 sets/12 reps
Incline Chest Press - 55# - 3 sets/10 reps
Dumbbell Flyes - 15's - 3 sets/12 reps

Barbell Curls - 32# - 3 sets/10 reps
Hammer Curls - 15's - 3 sets/10 reps
Alternating Dumbbell Curls - 12's - 3 sets/10 reps

Overhead Press - 12's - 3 sets/8 reps
Lateral Raise - 8's - 3 sets/10 reps

Overhead Tricep Extensions - 25# - 3 sets/10 reps
Lying Tricep Extentions - 12's - 3 sets/10 reps

Roxie - 70 degrees! Holy crap! I'd love to have that temperature. We'll be in the 50's today and then 2-6" of snow tonight and tomorrow. :( Sick of it!
