Just a quick check in;) I am done with my workout!, it was 40 min. Loved the stretches, not the cloth in the DVD:rolleyes::rolleyes:

I think I will start STS tomorrow:p loved the results I got the first time around! Maybe mix in some Insanity?

I am going to try Burn Circuit 3 today and then Recharge which is a yoga workout. My back is really stiff and sore this morning from holding and walking around with 2 of my nephews.

I'm thinking today might be a rest day for me. DD had a friend sleep over last night and although they slept great, I did not...:(

So as of right now, I'm gonna park myself on the couch with an iced coffee and a good book. If I feel up to working out later, it will be cardio and CTX biceps. And if not, maybe Stretch Max.

Good idea Melissa - I vote rest day given the bad sleep (or stretch max for a little something!)

I just did STS Meso 2 week 2 chest/tris/shoulders and my arms are shaking like WHOA! I love this cycle the best, I think and loved the back-off sets. And tonight I'm trying my first ever Core Fusion class with my sister at Exhale...I'm a little skeered since I can't touch my toes and am clearly NOT flexible, but we'll see how I do!
 
Hey girls!

Got back from Washington DC on Friday, LATE (after 11p). For some reason, I was able to crank out LIC. But today, I'm toast. So tired/fatigued. I just want to sleep. And I have a pain in my right thigh/hip, just with walking. So I think I will also take a "rest day". And start full force tomorrow!

I think I may do a few weeks of Gym Style + STS Shock Cardio/Running until Turbo Fire comes in! I'm going to order it this week!! I'm very excited about it, as I know you are too, Nora!!!!

Melissa: My son also had a friend sleep over last night. And I actually slept GOOD, but they were so loud and crazy this morning. Rest day, rest day!

Belinda: So you're home in Germany now? how's your ear? sounds like you're getting in your workouts.

Roxie: Have you been enjoyng Chalene Extreme? I've always been curious about these workouts, but I always picture them as combination functional strength work, and I'm not the biggest fan of that.

Jo: Have fun with the Core Fusion class! Let us know how it is and what you do!

Hi ladies! Just quickly checking in! officially in love all over again with STS. Doing a mini rotation for the next couple of weeks and so far, looooving it. It's such a nice/good/needed change from Power. And, like my sis, I'm going to Core Fusion tonight which I haven't done in EONS. Love that class but it kills me and I'm not flexible so I have to modify a bunch. Oops ;) But hell, it's major core work which I need so I'll take it (right, Roxie??).

Hope ya'll are having a great weekend! Can't believe tomorrow is Monday, oof.

Chris-the burn phase and lean phase are functional the push phase is just lifting the whole thing I think is like STS.
 
I ended up lounging on the couch for the majority of the day. Tried napping, but just couldn't fall asleep. After I ate dinner, or should I say devoured dinner, I felt much better.

I ended up going downstairs and doing CTX Biceps. After than I figured I was sweaty anyway so I might as well do some cardio. Popped in SJP and did the step segment only. Fun fun fun!!! Then I finished up with Stretch Max segment 2, the one with the ball. It felt great.

Now I'm ready to lounge on the couch again...:eek:
