Crazy Strong and Loving It~ For July 8th

Starting things off this fine Wednesday morning!

For me today it was STS Disc #2 - Back and Biceps. I'm not sure why but I keep forgetting about the exercises we did in STS. Today was the pullups and chinups. lol My upper body is still pretty sore from Monday and my lower body today has some major doms. Its hard to bend!

Its off to work for me today. I'll check back later!
 
Today was yoga so I chose Karen Voight's YogaSculpt. I like this one, it's about 45 minutes long. She does a nice job with the way the workout flows. I really like her, she's calm and relaxing. I can't believe how tight my muscles are.

It's 53 degrees here. I'm FREEZING! It was only 48 degrees in Youngstown where my dad lived. :rolleyes:

Morning! I have Cardio Fusion to do today- probably head down in an hour.

Karen: I am trying to add in chin ups on a regular basis but I keep forgetting. :rolleyes:

Debbie: Have you tried Inhale? It is a yoga series that is on the Oxygen network- it's to fun music and a little less traditional. I don't like to do it very often but from time to time, it's fun.

Tonite is PUB but I am going to skip the core because she has me doing KB and core tomarrow, LIC the next day and a run with core the following day, I just think 4 days of core work in a row is to much or do you ladies think I should do it the way its written?

Debbie-glad to hear your mother is doing fine, the temps here are suppose to be in the 90s with humidity.

hey Girls!

Today is supposed to be Yoga/Pilates, but I have the opportunity to go running (my DH is home and the sun is OUT!!! :eek:). So I'll do yoga/pilates on Friday instead...

I did the All Step Mix from SJP + Abs at home this morning, drinking a fruit smoothie, and then heading out to the park for a run!! WOOT !! WOOT!!

I did Cardio Fusion and then the stability ball abs from B&G, which I don't think I've ever done. Huh. I really liked the oblique work leaning on the ball holding the band in both hands. I like CF but it is a tad too long. I need it right now though since I have 6 pounds I want off!

Chris: Enjoy that run! I am in the mood for one- maybe this weekend.

Roxie: What I do in that instance is if my abs are sore from the previous days workout, I skip abs even if the rotation calls for them. But if they aren't sore and I have time, I'll do abs again.

I just finished my workout.

Here's today's workout:

Drill Max in its entirety (Phew!)=72 minutes

Calories burned= 745

I forgot how much fun this one was to do all the way through rather than as premixes. This was a great workout for me, and fun too!!! Love it!
