Good morning,

Today I will do a TB wo, haven't decited which one yet?

Nora - great job with CX yesterday. I have to totally agree with your on AB All Cardio Hi Low Knockout, it's so much fun. It will take me awhile to get all the steps down and the time went by so fast. I also enjoyed the ab section, got a nice burn in my abs.
 
Chris -awesome job, on Peak Fit's Cardio Strength workout yesterday.I hear you on the weather, love wearing short sleeves/dresses too.Believe it or not, I have more winter close than summer cloth. It's always chilly/cold in Germany. Now I can wear my summer cloth, lol.

Debbie - glad you enjoy running, it's so much fun. Keep up the good workout, girl.

Belinda: How was your workout? What did you do?

Debbie: OMG, yes! I remember the tricep work in HR! It fries ya! makes up for the no tricep work on STS TB!

Nora: You did amazing workouts yesterday. I guess you must be nearing the end of CLX? Im' SO excited you got Peak Fit on order!!! I know you're going to love it! It is a VERY good deal for 10 workouts. Esp compared to Beachbody stuff. Or even Cathe stuff!!

Today for me was Peak Fit's Dynamic Flexibility and Dynamic Core. last time i did the Dynamic Flexibility I thought it moved too fast for stretches. Well, this time i was more prepared, and it was better. Though I would have liked to hold some of those stretches longer!! They're like quicker yoga sequences, instead of static stretches. I did the entire workout from Dynamic Core. It's 4, 5 minute segments. They're really good quickies for 5 minutes, OR, doing the entire thing for 20 was awesome. the one thing that is a little hard is the flexibility of the band. Nora, you'll see what I mean when you get it. It's VERY VERY tight, and it makes some of the moves challenging or you can't do them at all with the band. Hoping it loosens up some!!

I forgot to post my workout this morning, I been skyping with my sisters in Germany:eek:

I ended up doing Supreme 90 Total Body plus I walked 1.5 miles and I did 30min of yoga.

Debbie - I almost picked HR this morning too, remembered I never did S90 TB. Those tricep wo in HR are a burner. WTG!

Chris - awesome job with Peak Fit's Dynamic Flexibility and Dynamic Core this morning. I need to look into those workouts. Where can I find them?

Nora - have fun this afternoon with your workout, girl.

I finished up my workout around 2pm ish, YAY! This is week four of CLX Lean Circuit or Week 12 of the entire CLX program and I gotta say its fun and leaves me time to do other workouts as well and I really love that. I'm seeing my arms get more cut looking and feel great. I have lost about 17lbs so far so that's really cool. I'm really enjoying CLX and even got the Deluxe workouts and the Advanced Extreme burn workouts too! So, Glad I did and its fun!! Ok, I'll check in now.

Here's today's workout:

Chalean Extreme - Extreme Intervals= 40 Min
Met Value= 7.50
Calories burned= 410

Cathe STS Cardio: HiiT Double Wave Pyramid= 30 Min
Met Value= 10.0
Calories burned= 410
Wow, I do love HiiT workouts and this one was the hardest of the HiiTs Cathe has but it didn't seem hard to me at all this time with it. I did work hard and sweat but it didn't feel like I was pushing it to the max. I felt stronger and more fit than I've felt before doing this one. I wonder if its the weightloss from CLX and the Muscle strength I've achieved with CLX and TF cardio. Its fun and all good I love my Cathe and so glad I have all of Cathe's workouts to mix and change up with other stuff I have too. Great workout today and feeling awesome!!!;)

Calories burned= 109 Great Ab workout I find it challenging

Debbie- Excellent workout for you today with High Reps, I love that workout but haven't done it in a while been busy doing other rotations. I'll have to revist that workout. You are right though I remember my triceps feelin' it for a day or so after it. Love the music in it and felt it was a well balanced high rep workout, loved it. Your right it is fun and a keeper most definitely~!:cool: WTG girlfriend!:)

Chris- Nice workout with PeakFit Dynamic flexibility and core workouts today!!! Sounds great and your feeling like a million bucks afterwards WTG!!!:cool::cool: I just got my shipping notice from PeakFit my item has shipped, YaY!!! I've read other peoples reviews of PeakFit commenting on it that the band is really tough and they can't seem to make it move alot like in the video but I'm sure in the video their bands have gotten a bit more strechier from rehersals etc... So, I'm anticipating the band to be very resistant, if too much I can use my Beachbody tubing to substitute if needed. I'm excited to be getting PeakFit Challenge I think I will have to add some weight workouts because I don't want to loose my strength gains from CLX and cut arms (I worked darn hard for those):p I'm impressed with how much PeakFit comes with and the lower price & free shipping doesn't hurt either!:p
