Today I started Cathes June rotation. So today was STS Disc 1. I forgot all about those darn pushups! Augh! Afterwards it was hard to even wash my hair...gotta love that pain! :) I also burned exactly 300 calories. It felt great to work out again.

What does everyone else have planned for today?

Tonite is L&G for me. I am back down to 123lbs so I am going to watch my eating with this rotation and hopefully I will see good results.

Karen-welcome back glad to hear you had a great vacation.

I did B&G this morning- my butt is fried! Gotta run but wanted to stop in and say hi.
 
Good morning. I started Debbie's Get Ready for Summer Rotation so I had Muscle Max waiting for me when I got up. This was my first time doing it and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I have never done full body before so I'm sure my body was in shock which is what it seems to need!

Karen-how was your vacation? I did STS disc 1 last week and suddenly thought, pushups again???

Roxie-way to go on your weight being down. Nothing better than that.

Patti-did you start your RT countdown yet?

Hey Girls!

I did Turbo Jam Cardio Party 3, and then Abs from Butts & Guts. My HR easily got into the 170's today. Mondays do that to me with lack of sleep and working the overnights.

Karen: I'm starting to miss STS. Planning on doing it in Sept again, not sure if I should do the June rotation next month or not... But i do miss it!

Today is my first day of Debbie's Get ready for Summer rotation, I really love the looks of this rotation. :)

Here's today's workout:

I wanted to increase my calorie burn today, so I added some cardio.
Amy Bento's Kickbox Surge and Core Training-Surge Mix(PreMix)= 33 min no core.
Calories burned= 360
I love this new Kickbox dvd of Amy's its so much fun.


Muscle Max=68 minutes
Calories burned=557
Most of the time I noticed I went heavier than cathe and gang in the dvd. Although, a few times my form got ugly on the last few reps, so I lighted up a little for the next set and that worked out great. I really like Muscle Max, but then again I love all of Cathe's dvds they are all top quality workouts bar none.

Debbie- thanks for this rotation eventhough I'm starting it a month later. Its really awesome and I hope it will do the trick to help me burn off some of the excess I want to disappear magically, :p.

I hope everyone had a great 4th!;) You ladies are always so inspirational with your workouts. Not to mention motivational.... Positive peer pressure, who knew it could be positive LOL!!!

Ok I have decided that if I don't lose wt with this rotation I have got a problem. L&Gs almost killed me my muscles are shaking.
