Hi girls!
Today is my first day of Debbie's Get ready for Summer rotation, I really love the looks of this rotation.
Here's today's workout:
I wanted to increase my calorie burn today, so I added some cardio.
Amy Bento's Kickbox Surge and Core Training-Surge Mix(PreMix)= 33 min no core.
Calories burned= 360
I love this new Kickbox dvd of Amy's its so much fun.
Muscle Max=68 minutes
Calories burned=557
Most of the time I noticed I went heavier than cathe and gang in the dvd. Although, a few times my form got ugly on the last few reps, so I lighted up a little for the next set and that worked out great. I really like Muscle Max, but then again I love all of Cathe's dvds they are all top quality workouts bar none.
Debbie- thanks for this rotation eventhough I'm starting it a month later. Its really awesome and I hope it will do the trick to help me burn off some of the excess I want to disappear magically,
