Crazy, strong and loving it for July 5, 2011

Today was total body and I chose Muscle Max. Had a good workout but my right shoulder is still really bothering me. I'm so bummed. I can't do lateral raises comfortably, if I go light - like 5#'s, then I'm fine. If I use anything higher it hurts like a mofo. Exercises like overhead tricep extensions hurt my right shoulder and other exercises. But I did pretty well and skipped the exercises that I knew would hurt.

I'm off today! :) Be back tomorrow!
 
Hi girls!!!

Today was Peak Fit: Pure Cardio. It's a fun workout. Starts off not so hard, ends with a BANG! I liked it alot. 2nd time doing it since I'm in my second week of Peak Fit.

Belinda: Have a great TB workout today!!

Debbie: Sorry about your shoulder. I have a harder time with overhead work because of my shoulders too. I don' t have PAIN , per se, but it bothers my shoulders a lot. that's why I can't go real heavy for overhead double tricep extensions. I have no idea how to fix it either. :(

Roxie is gone on vacation this week, right? Hope you're having fun out there!!

Nora: Holy moly you had a HUMUNGOUS calorie burn yesterday! YOWZA! Can't wait until you get Peak Fit and can do some workouts "with" me! :)

I hope everyone had a wonderful fourth of July and had fun watching the fireworks while enjoying family and friends. I did workout today and finished up about 2:30 pm.

Here's today's workout:

Met Value= 9.0
Calories burned= 737

Turbo Fire- Stretch 10= 13 Min
Met Value= 2.0
Calories burned= 35

Chalene Extreme- Extreme Abs= 16 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 109

Total calories burned= 881:cool:;)

Debbie- Aweosome workout MM is super fun. I can relate on the shoulder issue my right shoulder likes to be bothersome when I do alot of upperbody work. Good call on lifting way lighter on those exercises that may otherwise aggravate your shoulder or even skipping the ones that you know will hurt you. Excellent job workingout smarter and safer. :)

Chris- I'm happy for you that you are enjoying PeakFit Challenge, from what I can tell it does look fun. Bravo on being in week #2 WTG!!! Yes, I'd love to have PeakFit to do and we could compare notes. Right now I'm waiting on funds to come in so I can purchase it. I was curious would you say its more, less, or the same amount of impact of TF???? I would love to know since you've had a chance to do the workouts so far. Awesome workout today girlfriend keep up the great job!!:)
