Ab Hits- Abs Workout #2 From CTX Power Circuit- Planks,Lower Back & Abs= 11 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 75
Total Calories burned= 496
That's it for my rest week. Monday I'll be starting PeakFit Challenge.

Chris- WTG getting through today's workout. I know sometimes my workout isn't inspiring or invigorating on those days my goal is just to get in done. I'm sure we all have had those days. So, great job gettin' 'er done! Way to stay in the fight and not give up. I know its easier to just say forget it but I know that I always feel way better after the workout than if I'd skipped it and bugged myself about it all day long feeling like I cheated skipping a workout day. Yes, I've become very anal about my working out routine but that's just
me. Years ago I dreaded exercise, and looked for any excuse not to workout. Now, I look forward to exercise and plan my workouts a week ahead of time and even crave them, talk about a major about face on things. But hey, I'm crazy like that.


Great job today and have a great weekend and I'll start PeakFit Challenge Monday beginning with the Fit Test which I'm sure will be tough.
