Cathlete
Good morning,

I will do cardio today and abs?

I will back to catch up on personals.

Have a great weekend, everyone!

Back with personals:

I will not start our check in Thursday through Sunday, I will be on the Cathe RT. I will bring my lap top, probably don't have time to post, we will see;) My plan for next week is, doing Disc 4 on Monday, Disc 5 Tuesday and Disc 6 on Wednesday. I am not worried about the cardio that week, I know I will get it ALL in on the RT:eek: but at least all my weight workouts are done for that week.

Debbie, didn't check in yesterday, hope she is ok!

Nora - oh no! Sorry you twisted your ankle. Nice job, on HR. Love that one too.

Roxie - nice job, on KCMs Plyo Blast last night.

Chris - that place, sounds amazing. Need to look it up. The DOMS in your LB is probably from all that high impact, be carful!

I will be back later!

Good Morning,

Today is KCM Circuit Blast and abs if there isn't any need to stretch between my shoulder blades really tight. Hoping to spend the day at the pool but we shall see.

Belinda-have fun on the road trip.

Hi Girls!

I really didn't have the motivation for it, but I did do Peak Fit's Anytime/Anywhere Workout. It's 40 minutes of cardio w/intervals. I'd say similiar to IMAX 2 , medium intensity cardios leading up to a peak. 8 times. I actually sat down once, thinking I was going to call it a day, but I got back up and finished!

Belinda: WOW! You're going on the RT?!?! That is so exciting!!! Have you been to one before?

Roxie: NICE workouts last night AND today!!! good going on the plyo yesterday!

Nora: Sorry you hurt your ankle! I have this bone in my foot that acts up now and then. I know it's from high impact. ... Good plan on starting Peak Fit on Monday!! Can't wait to hear what you think. You'll do the Fit Test first, right? Personally, I want to go by the Peak Fit schedule and see how it works first, as is. So far, I've been having some awesome results. I know it's a HUGE decrease in weight lifting for me, but I want to stay true to the program. I have read about others doing it "as is" and getting great results too. ... I was SOOOO leary about giving up the heavy weight lifting. But you know what? I've been doing the focused weight lifting for a LONG time, and my scale hasn't budged. Doing my weights the way Peak Fit does them is really changing my body. I like it!!! (smaller hips/thighs!). Who knew? ...Just a little food for thought.

Hi to Debbie! Hope you're doing ok!

Chris- I am going to Cathe's RT next week. My DD and I went in 2007, the RT was right after my mom passed away. Friday will will be 4 years since my mom's passing:( I am excited and at the same time a little sad, because it's not gonna be a great day for me:( I didn't even thought about it when I signed up early this year:(:( I am glad, my DD is coming.

;)Hi girls!;)

I did workout today and walked the dog so I'll just jump right in with my check in.

Here's today's workout:

STS Cardio: Circuit Blast= 44 Min
Met Value= 7.0
Calories burned= 421

Ab Hits- Abs Workout #2 From CTX Power Circuit- Planks,Lower Back & Abs= 11 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 75

Total Calories burned= 496

That's it for my rest week. Monday I'll be starting PeakFit Challenge.

Wow, Belinda I'm so happy and envious for you to attend Cathe's RT, I hope you have a wonderful time and make friends and new memories to smile about.

Roxie- Great job on your workout today, WTG girlfriend;)

Debbie- I'm sure you had a great workout or took a much deserved rest day either way you rock, take care!;)

Chris- WTG getting through today's workout. I know sometimes my workout isn't inspiring or invigorating on those days my goal is just to get in done. I'm sure we all have had those days. So, great job gettin' 'er done! Way to stay in the fight and not give up. I know its easier to just say forget it but I know that I always feel way better after the workout than if I'd skipped it and bugged myself about it all day long feeling like I cheated skipping a workout day. Yes, I've become very anal about my working out routine but that's just
me. Years ago I dreaded exercise, and looked for any excuse not to workout. Now, I look forward to exercise and plan my workouts a week ahead of time and even crave them, talk about a major about face on things. But hey, I'm crazy like that.;):) Great job today and have a great weekend and I'll start PeakFit Challenge Monday beginning with the Fit Test which I'm sure will be tough.

Hugs to everyone!;):)

Nora
