Crazy, strong and loving it for July 20, 2011

Today was C25K again. Same workout as Monday. My HR monitor was working great until I looked at it at around 28 minutes and it just wasn't doing anything and never did find my HR again. I don't get it.

Anyways, I'm pretty sure the stats would be about the same as Monday. It did feel harder today, though, for some reason. Not sure why?

Hi Girls!

I had some stuff to do this morning, so got those done, came home, did Peak Fit Challenge's Cardio Strength 2. Holy moly, that is a tough workout!!! :eek: I had to take breaks after the peaks (interval/plyos). I jumped in the pool after my workout, which made me feel amazingly refreshed!! Thank God for A/C and pools in this crazy heat (I'm not complaining! Love it!)

Belinda: what is D2? whatever it is, have a good one!

Debbie: How long have you had the HR monitor? .. Good run today though!

Roxie: Enjoy KBing today! YOu're doing great getting your workouts in!

Hi Nora! : You are crazy! You pick like THE hardest cardios on "rest" week! LOL!. But I'm glad it made you feel better!!
 
Chris - I've had it probably for about 2 years now. I love the thing, but I hate how it does this and it only does it when I run. When I do kb or step it never loses my HR. I still haven't changed the batteries, maybe that will help?

Hi girls;)

I'm trying to take it easy. I did Intensity premix Low HiiT Bootcamp which is 35 minutes approx. I also did CLX Recharge. Not much to report still dealing with pain and resting up to start PeakFit Challenge next week I'm thinking I may want to add some heavy weights on to it but doing shorter workouts. I was thinking either CLX, or 4ds weights, or gymstyle timesavers.

Well time to go rest and take a muscle relaxer. Have a great day girls and keep on working out and feeling fabulous, you guys are all awesome.:);)
