Crazy, strong and loving it for July 14, 2011

Good Morning,

I woke up feeling much better headache is now just a dull roar. Tonite will be KCM Plyo Blast and Cindy Whitmarsh Abs.
 
Today was total body and I did the STS Phase 4 Total Body workout. I really like that workout and it goes fast.

I need to work my abs yet this week. I think tomorrow is going to be a rest day and I'll do my C25K workout on Saturday plus abs. I'll have more time.

Debbie - I love that one too! Glad you had an awesome workout. What is Phase 4?

Roxie - I had a huge headache yesterday too. Maybe the weather change? Glad you feel better.

My workout this morning was Core Dynamics (20 minutes) and Dynamic Flexibility (fast paced stretches/yoga moves for 30 minutes).

Plan is to go to the Farmer's Market, come home, pick up Buddy, go to the park for a nice long walk. It is THE most gorgeous day out today!
 
Belinda - I guess the next phase on the STS workout plan. It says on the DVD "Phase 4". I assuming Meso 1, 2 and 3 are followed by Phase 4. Got me. LOL!
 
Debbie - OH, now I got it! I didn't bring the org. covers for the DVD's, all my DVD's are in a case.

Chris - great workout with Core Dynamics (20 minutes) and Dynamic Flexibility today. Enjoy your walk with Buddy and the Farmers market today.

I worked out earlier and finished at about 3pm. I had to get showered then run an errand and I just finished giving my oldest son a haircut, Phew!
