Good morning girls,

I wil do cardio today, not sure what yet:D

Today was STS Disc #8 - Back and Triceps. I added on the extended stretch at the end. My legs are feeling sore since that run I did the other day. (Clearly my body isn't used to that!)

I've got a haircut appointment mid morning and then maybe some shopping. Right now my dog is giving me the evil "take me for a walk" look. I may have to do that soon...

Morning! No workout yet for me- today is technically a rest day but I can't do it. I am thinking light cardio of some kind while the kids nap. I would like to tackle Body Max or BM2 but I think that is a better idea for tomorrow. My butt is sore right now. Gotta love PS Legs, eh?

Karen: I did some of those runs when I did the June rotation and was also sore. I figure it's good for us- change is good! Having said that, I cannot imagine running all the time, just isn't my thing.

Good morning ladies. I did GS legs and BM2 abs this morning. I'm really enjoying discovering all of my other workouts that I missed while I was doing STS. So glad that I started doing rotations because I just know I would be in a slump and floundering after doing STS!!!!

Good Morning,

I just went for a 4 mile bike ride I haven't been on a bike in 9 or so years. Later I will do plate and wts. abs and then maybe make up last nites workout I just wasn't in the mood when I got home.

Belinda-I am eating oatmeal with chocolate bsn and peanut butter and it kind of reminds me of a no bake cookie. Ok I couldn't eat but half of it must have put to much water in to slimy.

Sounds like everyone is off to a good start for the day. Most people rest on the weekends LOL!

I did Step Blast through the 1st challenge (just over 40 mins) and PH minus the shoulders as I am going to do shoulders tomorrow. I was so happy to do PH after STS. Missed that one!

I made an egg white omelet sandwich for breakfast and am about to start a caprese quinoa salad and hummus (on the side) for lunch with my mom and sis. Very excited. We're going to veg out around the pool for a girls' day while my DH is doing a triathlon!

Hey Girls...

I did a good short , but sweaty interval today: Turbo Jam's Fat Blaster. I had never done Get Ripped Abs portion, so I added that in, found it to be SOOO short, so added Ab Ripper 200 (Tony Horton) in.

My boys are fighting like cats and dogs, and I need a break so bad. Sadly enough, my 'break' is working and busting my butt taking care of way too many patients and stressing out.
 
Today was cardio and yoga. I chose Cardio Coach #1 and did excellent with it. Had energy and I really put my all into it. For yoga, I chose Yoga Stretch by Karen Voight. Really love that yoga workout.

Hi girls,

I am finally done with IMAX 3 I have no energy today. I am also done with Debbie's June rotation, tomorrow I will take a well needed rest day. Maybe I will do some stretching. Next week I will start STS again, I will do the 3 1/2 month rotation.

Heather I sent that recipe you posted yesterday to my DD. She and I are vegetarians.Yah, I get stressed out thing when my workout schedule goes to crap. I woke up early to get my workout in when DS was here in Germany.

Chris, glad you had fun with PH yesterday. I did PH a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it. .I was moaning and groaning big times yesterday. Thanks for posting your Spaghetti recipe yesterday, looks delish!

Debbie as always, great job with Drill Max Total Body premix yesterday. Maybe you need a total rest week, if you feeling existed. You are working harder than anyone I know. How did your weigh in go? I used to wear hard contact, talk about a pain in the a$$! Now I wear my glasses all the time!

Patti let me know what you think about Vitacoast. Prices are great!

Nora, nice job with 30 day shred yesterday. I hope my DH can find 30 day shred in Wal Mart and bring it next week, I found it for under $7.

Afternoon! I did Kimberly Spreen's Cardio Combat Surge, but skipped the one med ball lunges section. It's a fun workout- love the strikes with the bar.

Poor kids have colds so I'm a disinfecting machine today- hope I don't get it.

Ok, I'm off to tackle shampooing the carpets in two rooms, Ugh!!! I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend. Tomorrow's a rest day for me so I won't be checking in.
