Debbie, do you know the calorie, protein, and fiber counts for the oatmeal? How big is the serving? Same for your choc protein pancake too. I really need to find some better breakfast and snack ideas.

150 calories
3 g. fat
5 g. protein
27 g. carbs

Have no clue what the fiber count is.

Chocolate Protein Pancakes w/PB:

168 calories
6.95 g. fat
15.35 g. protein
13.65 g. carbs

Again, have no clue what the fiber count is.

M4: 1/2 Greek yogurt w/1 1/2 tbsp. honey
M5: Bison burger on 1 slice Ezekiel bread w/1 thin slice Provolone; sauteed veggies; Kiwi
M6: Chocolate Protein Pancake w/1 tbsp. Naturally More PB

1495.5 calories
42 g. fat - 25%
137 g. protein - 37%
151 g. carbs - 40%


I don't know if I mentioned this or not, but I am allowing myself two small Dove dark chocolate a day. :eek:

Here's a question - do you guys take recovery weeks like what is suggested in the STS rotations? I never did before doing STS and am wondering if you guys (especially those following rotations) are taking breaks from weights after x number of weeks.

Just finished BM 2 cut short the ab section because I did them Monday and I have to do them the next 3 days.

Stats:
72 min
33 in the zone
126 min hr
165 max hr
338 cals burned.
 
Good job Roxie. I haven't done just the upper body yet now that I have my HR monitor. Good to get a general idea. You rock!
