I will do a circuit workout, today the rotation calls for HSC; I will do one of the Terminator workouts instead

I just finished the Terminator “Gauntlet" :p:p:p Holy Crap! I am soaked I was my first time doing that one, I loved it! Very, very tough workout!

Off to the shower! BBL!
 
WTG Belinda! I've never done the Gauntlet- it's on my list. :D

I did GS chest and triceps, plus one segment from Mindy Mylrea's Cardio Toolbox. I noticed she is having a presale for 2 new DVDs- anyone ordering?

I managed to drag myself out of bed early enough to get in my cardio for the day first thing rather than last. I did the Ultra Cardio Blast premix from Drill Max. I had a hard time keeping my HR up though. I usually do the cardio from DM in the form of the Cardio Fusion DVD so it comes at the end after other combos from LIC and BM2 so my HR is already up. Oh well, still a decent workout for 5:30 am - not much thinking!!

Last night I did PLB and totally underestimated the weights I should have used so I feel a little ticked at myself for not getting the workout in I should/could have. I'll know better for the next time though.

Belinda - I did the Gauntlet for the first time last week (have had DVD for a long time). I have been afraid of that one for some reason. I also did the Viper (love that one) and found it to be tougher in the end. Maybe it's those Imax 2 intervals! LOL

Today was Yoga and I chose Bryan Kest's Energize workout again. Did better with it this time. My poses are getting a bit easier but my muscles are still so very tight. Twisting poses are really hard for me. I really like this workout. I will eventually move to his Strength yoga and then Sweat yoga but those are some very advanced workouts. I remember doing Strength once and I about died. So I will take my time to get to those workouts.

I feel good, my muscles are warm and talking to me!

Karen, awesome job with Disc 7 yesterday.

Heather, I live in Germany, looks like we having the same weather. I don’t get it one day is freezing cold, the next day it’s hot and rainy. No summer this year and the humidity is very high here too. Nice job last night with PLB, that’s a tough one. Awesome job getting DM in this morning. I have the Terminator DVD for a few years, I have to admit I avoided that DVD for some reason, LOL! I really loved it!I will do the Viper next week.

Rockie, did you get MIC in yesterday?

Patti, nice job with RS yesterday. What rotation are you doing? WTG on GS Chest & Triceps. You need to try the Gauntlet, it’s a lot of fun!

Debbie, do you eat carbs? Nice job with your eats yesterday. I got BSN lean dessert chocolate fudge pudding. I see you mixed the BSN desserts with oats and PP. How do you use the chocolate fudge one? DH bought it last time he was in the states, never opened it. I need to do some yoga today, I am all stiff! Nice job with your wo today!

Hey Girls!

Going to go downstairs now and pick a good Pilates (probably Kathy Smith's Legs..which always leaves me sore!) and Yoga (maybe Kathy Smith's again, it's very relaxing). I have some Yogas DVR'd from Namaste Yoga from FitTV , which I REALLY like, but the boys are playing Rock Band on that TV. :)p)

Thanks for not laughing at my Kiwi yesterday!!! I have to admit, i did at first and he still makes me smile. I love the Poofy tail... he looks like a duster!

Belinda: The Terminator workouts ROCK! I love the 2 that I've done (I think the GAuntlet and The Viper, not sure!).

Patti: Nice job on GS today AND adding in a little cardio, you can't resist, huh? I haven't even looked at the presales, I'm a little afraid to, but I might! I still have to go back to Amazon and finish ordering the Jillian Michaels series...LOL!.

Heather: Good cardio today! ... DM always gets me ,though I don't remember doing that premix recently. I actually feel like I'd rather go lighter on legs, and do running , to thin down my lower body.

KM is a great one! The drills at the end are fantastic! I need to use those for an add on one of these days...

Debbie: Your Yogas sound great, makes me want to start mine!!!

Tonite is BM2 Double Upper Body I know this one from one of FFs rotations. I am down 1/2 inch in my thighs and up 1 inch in my biceps this rotation is really working for me.

Belinda-I did do MIC yesterday and what a workout I burned 578 cals could have been more but my brain and feet didn't function to well together had to watch some of it.

Belinda - Yes I eat carbs. Oats, fruit, ezekiel bread - all carbs. Why do you ask??? LOL! I use all BSN flavors in my oats w/ 1 tbsp. natural pb. All flavors. And they are all good with oats.

Debbie, the only saw oats yesterday, lol! I thought you cutting the carbs out of your diet:eek: How do you mix the BSN with oats? How much oats/water?BSN do you use?
 
Good job Roxie! I really like the weights in BM2 and always double them up. Simple, easy, no complications.

When I do the legs, I usually skip the first exercise and just do the squats, plie squat, lunges then repeat. I also add on deadlifts and calf raises.

MIC always gets me. It's so deceiving. For me it's the 5 million over the step moves (lateral) she does. It's like they will never ever ever end.

Belinda, I put 1/2 c. raw oats in a bowl, add HOT water (I just put enough in to cover the oats, I don't like it real watery) to it and then immediately add one scoop of BSN (any flavor) and 1 tbsp. Naturally More PB. Mix it up and eat it. I love the oats a bit chewy. If you don't like that, leave the oats in water for about 3 minutes and then mix the BSN and PB to it.

Thanks Debbie that means alot coming from you. I am going to try and make my oats like you do and maybe I can eat them better shouldn't be lumpy or slimy. I had lab done last week and they are probably going to tell me I need to take my cholesterol medicine again, been trying to control it with diet and exercise.

Debbie, do you know the calorie, protein, and fiber counts for the oatmeal? How big is the serving? Same for your choc protein pancake too. I really need to find some better breakfast and snack ideas.
