Hi and good morning,

I never got my workout in yesterday:mad::rolleyes: I have a lot of catch up to do! My plan for today is cardio, tomorrow i will double up.

My son is leaving tomorrow, so is DH:rolleyes:! Today is my BIL 50th Birthday party. i will try to get my carido in, than get ready for Nuernbrg, I will have more time to post tomorrow.

Hey Belinda, good job on IMAX 2- that's a good one. I love the pina colada song. Did you do the happy dance with Cathe after blast #9? :D

I did a variation on PUB today- did pyramid up only. Then I split up the supersets, resting while Cathe did the flyes and did the bench presses with her. Then I played it again and did the reverse. It was fun and mixed it up, plus I could go heavier of course.

Chris: Did you post the crock pot lasagna recipe? I made it last night and it was incredible. I thought maybe I got it from you...so thanks!

I was suppose to do a run interval for 50 min but due to my knee and PF I don't run so I went for a walk around the block.

The temp is 81 already with a heat index of 86 and 79% humidity the only thing that made it bearable was a slight cool breeze.

Belinda-good job with Imax 2 sounds like you are about to have some time to yourself I wish my DH would go out of town again.

Patti-good job with your workout sometimes we just have to change things up to keep us going.
 
Great workouts already this weekend!

Today was Muscle Max - boy did that pump me up! I burned 357 calories and was swearing at Cathe towards the end. :p I am kind of wondering though why MM was in the rotation this week after doing 3 other St's workouts earlier in the week. I think secretly Cathe is trying to kill us! lol

We were supposed to be doing some driveway-max today - but it rained last night and I don't think DH wants to work on it when the ground is slightly wet. Maybe I'll go see a movie instead.

Hey Guys!..

Today was cardio day for me, so I did 4DS: BC and then added on the first combo from SB , total of 46 minutes, with the cool down. It did the trick!

Belinda: Have fun today! IMAX2 is definitley a goodie!

Patti: what a fun PUB mix you did! great idea to go heavier too, how long was the total workout?... Hmmm.. I do have a Crock Pot Lasagna recipe, and I'm sure I posted it somewhere but not sure where... But it is a yummy recipe..

Ooops gotta go, getting my furry cat a Lion's Cut at the groomer today..

I'm down one more pound. Clocked in at 132# this morning. So that is making me happy. Finally, the scale is going down.

Today was cardio and yoga. For cardio I chose Cathe's 4DS High Intensity Step work, only 30 minutes but it was so fun. Very tricky combo's in this, I'll have to do this one a few times before I get it all. The 3rd combo I was just standing there going, Huh???? LOL! Usually I catch onto Cathe's step quickly, this one has me stumped.

For yoga I did Karen Voight's Yoga Stretch. It's on the Yoga Focus DVD. Love this one. All sitting stretches. It really loosens up my hips.

LOVING THIS ROTATION. It's so nice not to kill myself with each workout. My body needs this. It was hard to make my mind up to do something like this, but I'm glad I did.

Chris - LOL on us doing the same workout yesterday! Yes, I did the all weights premix for total body. That was fun, I really enjoyed it.

Nora - I also LOVE Step Blast. In fact, it's my favorite step workout to date. Nice workout yesterday, you kicked some butt!

You all have a great weekend! Got my mom's surprise retirement party today. I can't wait to see her reaction when we get her to the restaurant.

I know I'm checking in way late for Saturday's workout but here in Oregon where I am its only 10:28 pm as I write this.

I did workout today, but didn't start until 8pm my time.
Here's today's workout, I'm doing Debbie's June Rotation Get Ready for Summer:

Butts and Guts plus Abs= 78 Minutes
Calories burned= 706
Cathe got me good on this one. This was so much fun, and extremely challenging. I haven't done this workout all the way through for a while so this was awesome.

Thanks again Debbie for creating this rotation, I'm loving it so far!;)
