Hey Belinda! Enjoy cardio- how have you been feeling lately? You haven't mentioned it in a while.

I did KPC this morning- was going to substitute something else and just woke up ready to do it. It was fun- I can only do that one every now and again or else I get really sick of it. I love the ab work- need to do it more often since I think I'm not as good as the pikes as I used to be. Le sigh, it's always something.

Today I had a BLAST doing my workout! (can you guess what I did?) hehe I did Step Blast this morning and should have done a few more jumping jacks because I burned 497 calories.....a few more jumps and I could have made it a even 500. lol I was way tired this morning and almost slept in, but I'm glad I didn't. I was so sweaty by the end of the workout it felt awesome.

Good Morning,

Tonite is LIC my upper body has major DOMS this proves that Cathe is much tougher than Chalene.

Patti-I asked Cathe about the ab work and she said she did it on purpose because sometimes she just likes to challenge the ab muscles.
 
Roxie: Yep, that's why I usually do it as written unless I'm unusually sore. That woman has a reason for everything. :)
 
Today was total body and I chose the Total Body workout from Low Impact Circuit. Had a really good workout and was sweating big time with this one. Cathe goes from one exercise to another and she is truly a genious at how she puts these workouts together. Had fun with it. Also did the ab work but I'm telling you, my abs have gotten very weak. I can't hold a plank anymore to save my life. I really need to start working on that again.

The all weight premix from LIC, right?

My buttocks are killing me 2-day post run, for some reason. LIC weights was a bit easier on the lower body, I think. Though those balancing squats get me every time. And she moves pretty quickly with the moves, gets your HR up there more than traditional weightwork, I think.

I'm having a BBQ tonight, so have lots of cleaning, cooking , etc to do. As i sit here procrastinating... LOL!

Today I did KM leg cond. drills. I also did Push/Pull. I hadn't done that one for a year at least. Funny on the LIC total body you guys are doing today - I posted that I did that workout 2 days ago. I like how she doesn't do heavy weights for legs at all.
Taking the girls to grammy's house for the night. We're going to a concert later this evening with friends. Of course we're going to get a ride in this afternoon - supposed to be about 85 degrees later. I'm sure we'll try to get another ride in in the morning before I pick the girls back up.

Just finished LIC and talk about a puke status workout. Had to stop a couple of times forgot the foot work.

Hi girls!;)

Sorry, I didn't workout yesterday so I didn't check in. I was really not feeling great yesterday so I moved my workout from yesterday to today.

Here's the workout I did today, for yesterday;):

Step Blast= 55 minutes
Calories burned= 498
&
Ilaria Montagnani Abs & Pushups Plus= 30 minutes
Calories burned= 184

I love Step Blast, its more fun doing it with an Original step! I opted for more calorie burn and added Abs and Pushups plus from Ilaria Montagnani, man is that tough!

I hope everyone is doing great and are fighting the good fight with regards to workingout, looking and feeling fabulous!
