Bev, awesome job with disc 3 yesterday. I have a lot of fun with Debbie’s “Get Ready for Summer” rotation.

Debbie, as always nice job with MM yesterday.

Nora, wtg on your workouts yesterday. I am thinking about getting Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred? Lots of people on this forum like iit!

Today I did a power yoga workout that I haven't done in forever. I did Bryan Kest's Energize and LOVED IT! So much so that I think I might cut one day of cardio and add in another day of yoga.

I cannot believe how tight my muscles are. I use to be able to do this workout flawlessly. I had to stop a lot throughout the workout this morning because I couldn't hold the poses as long as he has you holding them. I feel so good right now, he's right, my body is actually tingling.

So tomorrow I will do cardio, Friday another total body workout and then Saturday I'll do yoga again. I think I need to do yoga at least twice a week to get the benefits from it. Wish I could do it more.

Good Morning,

Tonite is Lean Circuit 3 and then some abs. I should have gotten up early to add in another workout but DH wouldn't get up and I couldn't go back to sleep and that was at 1:30 this morning. I am having a real tough time deciding what I want to do this month. I would like to try the 4ds workouts to someone help me.

Debbie-I did yoga last nite and will probably do it again tomarrow.

Belinda-good job with the workout Debbie always comes up with great rotations.
 
Morning chicas! I did Plyo Legs Disc 32 and Pilates based abs. I love the Pilates abs. :D I feel great- I've done all 4 of the plyo workouts now and I have to say they are awesome workouts- probably my favorite part of STS. :)

Belinda: You'd like Powerstrikes- fun punching routines with just enough brain power to them that you aren't bored. I also like her pace- if there is a squat followed by a kick, she doesn't go so fast that you can't really get into the squat, KWIM?

Debbie: I used to be a yoga fanatic- 3x a week. It really helped me get off my post pregnancy weight before I started lifting regularly. I miss it. I like Brian but man he talks a lot! I find myself telling him shhhhhh. :)

I'm about ready to go do Burn & Firm Pilates, maybe followed by a Yoga stretch. Debbie, I like that you put a day of Pilates/Yoga on the rotation. I always FEEL like I want and should be doing it, but never do , because it's not ON rotations. ...

Belinda: I did end up with MM yesterday. Have some good upper body DOMS, but not so much lower, today. BM2 !!! You go!!! Great workout!1

Roxie: Are you at the end of CLX now? what do you think of it overall? ... Do you have S&H series? I have a rotation somewhere with 4DS and S&H...

Patti: WTG on Plyo legs!! I agree, the more I did the Plyos , the more I liked them too. But the first time it kicked my BUTT !.

Nora: that Jillian workout sounds good! Is it a whole series? Sorry you're not feeling well. Is it a cold or MS symptoms? Hope you feel better soon either way!!

A cloudy icky day here today. I miss PA and MD, it was so nice and summery there ALL the time. *sigh*
 
Chris-I am finishing up CLX and its ok Chalene talks to much through it and some of the moves aren't safe and I recently found out you were suppose to add more cardio but it doesn't say that anywhere, I guess Chalene wishes she would have explained that better. I was planning on doing cathes intermediate rotation but I just don't know. I like the July rotation but I don't have plyo legs.
 
Patti-just looked at Marchs rotation and it is kind of what I am looking for now I have to change my workout calendar.

Got back from my brother's yesterday - had a fabulous time. It was about 105 there every day! Good thing he has a pool.
I was reading your posts yesterday, and was inspired to do MM. First I did 4DS kickbox only, then MM upper premix. I did one HIIT on the TM while I was there, no upper weights.
I think I'm going to continue with the "no weights for legs" thing I've got going on. I'm really enjoying the stamina and shape I'm getting in my hips and hip flexors and my form in kickboxing has definitely improved. Plus, I think I only did P90X Plyo once and one of Cathe's STS plyo legs once, I want to revisit those.
I've got laundry to catch up on and groceries to buy. Hoping to get in a CC and stretch later. Have a great day!

I'm just stopping by with my workout for Wednesday July, 1. I hope everyone has enjoyed a great Wednesday.;)

Here's today's workout:

Jillian Michaels iFit Card-Lose Weight- Level 2,Week 4, Program 1= 30 Min
Very intense power walk/jog with intervals of using the incline on my treadmill ranging from 3%-10%, and speeds from 2.5 to 6.0 using incline to simulate hills. Jillian is very tough and gives a intense workout. She will definitely make you work hard and sweat buckets.
Time= 30 minutes
Distance= 2.25 miles
BPM's= after warmup. 141,145,151,153= all in zone and 77% to 85% of my MHR.


CTX-Leaner Legs and abs= 49 Min
Calories burned= 468

Chris- I haven't been doing well for about 5 days now. Its major MS fatigue and it definitely can zap any energy or strength. I'm fight through it the best I can. Also, I've been battling knee problems (Runner's Knee) for about 3.5 months now. Its not getting any better, so I need to go to the doctor. I don't know if its a Miniscus tears in both knees or something else along those lines. It started about the second week of Meso 1 of STS and has not let up. I really love to do Cardio Coach on my Treadmill, but have had to back off on doing much in the way of running or impact in my workouts. It sucks! Thanks for asking Chris;).

The Jillian Michaels stuff I have are as follows:

Jillian Michaels iFit Card- Lose Weight Levels 1,2,& 3.

Jillian Michaels- 30 Day Shred- each workout is approx. 28 minutes long, there are three workouts and there are levels 1,2,3. These are intense Cardio Circuit workouts with 3lbs hand weights. Its not long but its tough~

Jillian Michaels-Banish Fat Boost Metabolism=57 minutes of Jillian Cardio:eek:Phew!!!I haven't dobne this one yet but I plan to if I can this week barring any thumbs down by my doctor, we'll see.

Jillian Michaels-No More Trouble Zones=58 min Circuit upper and lowerbody toning & sculpting. I haven't done this one yet but I definitely will.:)
