Crazy, Strong and Loving it for January 2014!!

Good Afternoon,

I went up and took care of GS this morning he has and ear infection. I haven't worked out yet I had to get up at 5:30 to be at her house by 7:30 and because of the weather I have a migraine but I do plan on doing KCM's TLC Boxing.

Chris-sorry I haven't replied to your question the only thing I like on Lift is the Power Sculpting.

I'm here, just not feeling very well. I've had terrible headaches the last two days (TTOM) and I just can't bring myself to workout even though I've been getting up to do so. Hopefully tomorrow. I seem to have no motivation right now and I hate when I get that way. It's been too easy for me to skip my workouts lately and I really need to change that. I just feel really burned out with everything right now.

You guys are all doing great, though! Nice job everyone! :)

I just finished today' workout. I did go to my neurologist yesterday just a six months check up. I have a doctors appointment with my primary care doctor Monday and that's the one that I'm concerned about, so please pray for me to be well and healed of the HPV. All prayers and well wishes are greatly appreciated!;) I will now check in.

Daily HiiT: Catching Fire- 30 Day Challenge- Day13= 39 Min
13 Min challenge 3X through= 39 Min
MV= 10.0
CB= 532

Total calories burned= 819:eek::cool:;):D

Debbie- I hope you get rest and feel better ASAP!! No worries about not working out, you felt awful and just needed to rest and stuff. You listened to your body, that is what is important. Take care, feel better. ((Hugs));)

Belinda- Hi!;) thanks for asking about my doctor's visit. My Neurologist says I'm doing well and my MS is in a chronic degenerative state which is what I thought with increased same nerve loss in right hand and stuff. Nothing new just chronic degeneration that is aging with me. So, everything with MS is normal for me just more so of the same.

Roxie- I hope your toe and GS are feeling better. I bet you love babysittiing the little angel. Its so fun to enjoy the little ones and the blessing that they are. Take care and be well;)

Chris- I hope all is well with you and your family. I do hope things have gotten lighter in mood and stress level for you. I know you work very hard and have a lot on your plate, so I'm sending your this ((cyber hugs)). Take care girlfriend find something to laugh about and just think of that when you get stressed it will lighten things up. Go forward into today and be happy and blessed.;)

This week I'm doing STS Meso 1 for the Undulating Rotation. So yesterday was Shoulders Biceps Shoulders, Disc 4 .

Today I did TF HiiT 25 and Ab Ripper + Yoga Relax Premix #1.

Debbie, sorry you're feeling crappy. It's hard to push yourself, esp in the morning, when you have headaches. Hope you feel better soon!

Nora, Thanks for the kind words. I appreciate it. Things are calm here, but the weight of what happened 2 weekends ago with my boys is still weighing heavy on my mind. .... This morning I did KCM's Body Shop 1 and when I got home I did CK25 WK2 D1
I didn't want to get up but boss lady sent me a text message at 5:50 this morning so I was awake. I too have had a headache but for some reason after I sneezed this afternoon it went away.

Chris-I am excited for the new workout I have been talking to my old trainer and she said after doing more research she wish she would have had me do heavier wts.

I finished P90X3 Triometrics awhile ago, I also did STS D17 legs. That wasn't a good idea:D Both workouts target the LB!

Hi everyone. I got my lazy butt out of bed and did Cardio Coach #1. Had an ok workout, nothing monumental. I'm glad I worked out.

Workout was 37 minutes, ran 2.25 miles and burned about 339 calories.

Today I did a total body workout on my own. Had a great workout.

3 sets of everything. Reps ranged from 10 to 12 depending on how I felt.

Leg Press Statioin - 110#
Flat Barbell Bench Press - 52#
Barbell Curls - 30#

Squats - 20's
Incline Bench Press - 52#
Hammer Curls - 15's

Elevated Deadlifts - 52#
Incline Flyes - 15's
Upright Rows - 25#

Close Grip Barbell Press - 45#
Lateral Raise - 8's
Abs - Knee-in's - 20 reps

Lying Tricep Extensions - 10's
Bent Over Rows - 8's
Abs - Crunches - 20 reps

I just finished up Low Impact (Step) Challenge from Low Impact Series. I did a 37 minute premix and then did Med Ball Abs.

Debbie, it's nice to see you doing your own weight workout! Like the old days! :) Glad your knee is feeling good.

Nora, I like the name of that HiiT , Catching Fire! ... Nice cal burn yesterday!!

Roxie, YES! KCM's Body Shop always gives me wicked DOMS! It's amazing what she does in 30 minutes! Nice job on the KB too!

Belinda, Great going on P90X3! My 18 year old son is doing P90X now. It's great to see him working out.

Today I did Cardio Coach #6 with Candace but skipped Challenge 3 because I don't like it. I had a really great workout.

Total time was 48:30, burned about 412 calories and ran 3 miles. That was my goal - 3 miles today. So yay me! :eek:

Thanks about my knees everyone. The pain is pretty much gone except for when I go up stairs, but other than that they feel ok. Not great, but ok. At least I can workout.

Chris - Was that Med Ball Ab workout on the Low Impact workout DVD? Is it a good one? Nice job yesterday!

Belinda - Nice job on your workout yesterday too. I didn't realize that was a P90X3 now. Holy crap! :eek:

Nora - Dang girl, nice calorie burn! You always workout so hard, you are the inspiration here!

Today I did STS Meso 1, week 2, Back & Triceps. I love tricep work, do not love back work. Tough 15 reps!!!

Debbie, WTG on CC! And getting your calorie burn in. Is your HR higher now? are you still on that medication?
