Hey Everyone!!
I think I may take a little break from Shock Cardio today. Since I'm starting a rotation with them next week, I don't want to get sick of them THIS week. I'm always going to keep the option open to use other cardio too. I can see myself getting bored with the same stuff, ya know?
So, today I'm feeling Turbo Jam-ish, just got to pick one out! It's funny the power of those infomercials too. I was watching one on Turbo Jam this weekend, and it made me want to do them. Showing all those tight flat abs!!!
It's so quiet, the boys are off to school. Greg took down the boxes from the attic, so I can start to put the Christmas stuff away today. And I have to go to the grocery store (of course). ....
Belinda: Hope you have a fun cardio! Should be interesting to see if your DH likes STS. Mine is put off by it because of the Stability Ball stuff mostly.
Debbie: I feel for ya on the headache. AND on not wanting to work out when you get home. It's ok to miss a day! You work so hard all the other ones!
Heather: OMG, 70 is cold there?
Your legs are getting such a workout from that spinning stuff, you must feel incredible! How's your mentality about working out lately? Any better with the spin classes and the new Shock Cardio?
Nora: FanTAStic work yesterday! You are doing great on P90X!! You';re really liking it then? No boredom with the workouts yet? I really thought I'd like to do it too, but the boredom factor really turns me off. And the fact that I can't do pull ups and push ups that great. And to tell you the truth, I don't have that desire to DO them. And there are a ton in these workouts, aren't there?
Hey to Roxie and Wendy!!!
