I did Total Body Stretching this morning and I still want to do BM2 upper body and abs. We also got snow again this morning.

Hi ladies. This morning I tried the Shock Cardio Athletic Step using 2 risers. It was a fun workout. Most of the moves are very familiar so no major learning curve. The only thing about all of these new workouts it that they really aren't very long so if you're wanting to burn a lot of calories, sadly, it ain't gonna happen with these unless you do 2. Just my opinion though.

Today I started a total body rotation that Debbie sent. THANKS DEBBIE! The only problem is that I don't think I went nearly heavy enough with my squats so I did add one extra set of those.

Belinda - don't you just hate it how time with family and friends just flies by and then days at work drag. so not fair!

Roxie - good job with the stretch. No snow here, just cold and gray.

I posted yesterday, too, but it was very late......
Today I did Cardio Core Circuit. I've been wanting to get some abs in so I chose this one. I still feel like I need to do abs. There is a core only premix that is 7 minutes, so that tells me thats how long the total core sections are. I think she calls it functional core. Which is great, but I was looking for some traditional ab work, and this did not provide it. HOWEVER, this is a great and tough workout. It reminded me a little of Plyo X the way it repeated each exercise.
Belinda, I'm sorry its time for your DD to leave. I hope you guys had a great time while she was there! (I'm sure you did!)
Roxie, maybe you'll get to upper and abs later? I need to get some good stretching in myself.
Heather, I'm wondering if these new workouts would be great to do if you did one body part per day with weights, then these great (shorter) cardio workouts...??? Something to think about for the future.

Wendy - I think you're right or with an upper body only, or even upper body splits. I think they were designed for the time-crunched crowd. Shorter workouts are definitely more appealing to a lot of people over some of the intimidating 60 min workouts. You know?
