I posted yesterday, too, but it was very late......
Today I did Cardio Core Circuit. I've been wanting to get some abs in so I chose this one. I still feel like I need to do abs. There is a core only premix that is 7 minutes, so that tells me thats how long the total core sections are. I think she calls it functional core. Which is great, but I was looking for some traditional ab work, and this did not provide it. HOWEVER, this is a great and tough workout. It reminded me a little of Plyo X the way it repeated each exercise.
Belinda, I'm sorry its time for your DD to leave. I hope you guys had a great time while she was there! (I'm sure you did!)
Roxie, maybe you'll get to upper and abs later? I need to get some good stretching in myself.
Heather, I'm wondering if these new workouts would be great to do if you did one body part per day with weights, then these great (shorter) cardio workouts...??? Something to think about for the future.
