Rest day for me! ;) I do have to get a ab wo in! BBL for personals!

Chris, I went to the gym yesterday, needed to get out of the house! No snow doesn't look prettier in Germany:pI agree with you on the diet! I am logging all my food in parkspeople.com, and the lb are coming off again! I like watching Dr.OZ show, I am cutting all this out of my diet;)

5 rules.
-No sugar
- No high frctose corn syrup
- No trans fat
- No saturated fats
- nothing enriched

Good morning, ladies!

Had a super time in Disneyland! We let the girls each take a friend and they were just a dream! The other 2 girls were so easy - the only bickering came from my 2.
I tried to eat sensibly while we were there - egg whites at Dennys in the morning and veggie burgers at the park. But there were definitely foods I shouldn't have eaten - but I enjoyed it!
Well, I have just one more week of STS, and honestly it's driving me crazy that I need a spotter!! My husband works graves so it's very difficult to plan. I think I'll call my neighbor over to help out. I am so ready to start circuits and endurance again, but I just need to finish STS!!! I have enjoyed it.
I ended up just running on the TM yesterday for 30 min and then doing the band stretch from SM. I really needed it! Maybe I'll do a Hiit this morning before church, then maybe my husband can help me tonight....???
Oh, and I definitely need to start cleaning up my eating. I saw a huge difference when I tightened it up, and I've been loosening it up since Halloween!! Time to get serious!

Hi ladies. Today I did HIIT Pyramid and C&W abs.

sounds like everyone is on the same page about needing to or wanting to clean up diets. I totally pigged out last night and feel so blah today. Most of it wasn't bad food per se, just too much of it. I swear I must have eaten 3 apples worth of sliced apples and a pound of grapes! Oh and then DH and I had freaking pizza for lunch. Ugh.

Oh well, it was all tasty and tomorrow is a new day.

Our road conditions here on base are red:mad: it's still snowing:confused: We have so much snow, it's not even funny! Since here is a 2 hour delay on base today for everyone to report to work, that means my PT appt. will not be until this afteroon:confused: I will have my coffee, than will start with D4:p
