Good morning,

I took another rest day yesterday, I didn't had it in me:mad: I feel much better today. I will do a full body workout today. I promise I will be back with personals!

I feel 100% better today so I did Bryan Kest's Yoga - Energize. Some of the moves I had to do slowly and I had to stop some of them. Still a little discomfort and I was worried to pull my back out again. So I took it easy. I really like this yoga workout and I feel great right now!
 
Hi ladies. Today I will likely go to spin with DH after work. Though, I really need to use the time and get some errands accomplished that I wasn't able to get to over the weekend. Why does this time of year always feel so rushed????

Good Morning,

Tonite for me is DM cardio only and I have already done the 30 pushups and 25 of the 200 crunches but I want to do a variety of them so I will finish the rest tonite.

Debbie-glad to hear your back is better. I need advice from my personal trainer, my wt. is staying below 120lbs and that is ok with me so how do I now lose inches without losing anymore wt?

To lose more inches you need to cut back on carbs but up your good fat and protein a bit. Add in about 100 more calories a day. This is where it gets tricky. Lowering carbs is the key, so I say get it around 90-100 g. a day if possible. That is quite low, and if you're keeping track of your calories and macros, you'll see that it gets tricky to keep in that low. See how you do with that. Try it for two weeks and check your stats.

Here's today's workout for me:

P90X KenpoX= 56 Minutes
Calories burned= 421

I think this was easier than Cathe by far and although I did sweat my heart rate was hovering around 75-78% of my Max Heart rate in the zone but no where near the 160 or 164 that I heard Tony and others mention. Not sure what that means. I've done kickboxing workouts for about 10 years now and this was good but not great for me at least. It was fun though. I think Cathe's kickbox ones are harder. Good stuff sort of a middle of the road kickbox workout.

Hi Nora!
When Tony talks about 160 or 164, it's the "mens" HR. Men's HR's are always way higher then women. So don't listen to him. You know what your zones are so just go by that. I know mine stay in my above zone, but not in my high HR zone. It's just right for me.

I burn in the high 400's calorie range with this one as well.

LOL! I have no boobs so it makes no difference to me how low in bodyfat I get. It's just not fair! Thank God for Victoria Secrets! ;)

Debbie-I wish I could wear victoria secrets half of they're bras have pushup and when you are a 34d cup the girls just don't stay in place and the selection isn't as good.

I didn't do DM cardio I did KCMs KB instead and I did manage to do all 200 crunches in some variety.

28 in the zone
152 min hr
180 max hr
228 cals burned.
 
A late report for me tonight..

I started my first week of MESO 3, DISC 25, Back and Chest today! holy cow, the weights were heavy! I actually needed the recovery time of 1.5 minutes in between. My back is already sore, I'm imagining the DOMS will be abound tomorrow!

Just a quickie check in,, i need to clean up and get to bed. Looking forward to a sunny cool day here tomorrow and a run at the park! Gotta get my beauty rest!

Here's today's workout:

Low Impact Circuit..premix #1...Cardio Blast Timesaver..(48 min)=48 Min
Calories burned= 393

P90X- Chest & Back= 53 minutes
Calories burned= 398

P90X- AB RipperX= 16 min
Calories burned= 98

Total calories burned= 889!!!! I love that! Its a motivator doing my total at the end of a workout.

I did skim everyone's posts and great workouts and high fives! Roxie!! Girl, I'm so proud of you. Your doing awesome, keep up the great job!!!:eek::D
