DH, DD and I ended up going to the gym;) I really wanted to take a rest day today. Next week we are going to Rothenburng an der Tauber (beautiful city), only for one day. I don't want to miss a workout next week. Thinking ahaid:p

I did CCV3 on the TC + 1 mile run on the TM:p BBL!

Hi ladies. I managed to eek out the 2nd premix from SB. My legs were feeling very heavy by the end. I got the quads and inner thighs really good yesterday apparently. I also did PUB (sans DVD). Pretty good workout. Now I'm about to head to my dad's for our Christmas get together. Had to put it off for my dear old step-brother (dripping with sarcastic love).

Belinda - good for you planning ahead and getting that workout in today. Do you mean the CC downloads? I completely forgot!

Today is definetly going to be a stretch day for me after shoveling for 2 hrs everything aches. I also want to do 4ds KB cardio to make up one of my workouts. We went to MILS for christmas last night and on the way home a deer decides to hit my car, luckily it didn't do to much damage we managed to slow down before it decided to ram its head into my car.

Belinda-good job with going to the gym even though you wanted to rest.

I didn't have a chance to post my workout today. Actually, this is the time of night I've occasionally found Belinda posting tomorrow's workout already!!
Anyway, today I did disc 29 Plyo legs. This was a great workout for me. I was hoping to enjoy the first plyo of Meso 3, but I didn't so much. It might have just been me... because I did like this one. You know, state of mind has so much to do with what you get out of a workout (or anything for that matter).
Yikes - hit a deer, Roxie? Glad everyone (and your car) seems to be okay.
