Good morning,

Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas:D I am glad it's over, I eat way to much yesterday. Did good all day long, couldn't stop eating at night:mad: I will work extra hard today. LOL!

My plan today is to do CCPP in the gym and clean eating!;)

Hi everyone. I am about to head out to do just a bit of Day After shopping then directly to the gym. I need to get legs done.

Good Morning,

Todays workout is C&W premix #1. I am going to try and make up some of the cardio I missed this week to. I didn't workout yesterday I had the bottle flu so I wasn't feeling the best, my throat is still scratchy today. I am on a mission to get myself back in line this week. I think I might repeat Decs rotation in Jan. either that or a 30 day Shred rotation by jillian. We didn't get to celebrate christmas with my sister we have a foot of snow on the ground and is still snowing. We are suppose to go to another christmas tonite but I don't know if we will be able to get out of town.

Belinda-I am glad to hear you had a merry christmas.

I am done with CCPP on the TC. I traveled 4.80 miles:D I worked really hard today.

I'm trying to motivate myself to go do one of the Shock Cardio's HiiT workouts. Maybe the Cardio Core.... But I'm having a hard time with motivation today, even though my butt has expanded 3 inches from the past 2 days... LOL!

Belinda: Thanks for the motivation!! You kicked it today!

Heather: Oh, I can NOT even look at a store today! LOL!. Have fun at the gym!

Roxie: What is "bottle flu"? ... Hope you're feeling better and can get something in today. The snow sounds crazy there!!!

Chris-you say you have the flu rather than that you drank to much the night before. Trust me it will be awhile before I touch martinis or wine and definetly not in the same night.
 
I just finished C&W premix #1 not alot of chest work in this one, but I love the abs. Now I am going to go shovel snow so I can get the trash can out its completely full.

Back from the gym. I ran for 25 mins, did legs (Slow & Heavy, but also added on some other exercises like leg presses & deadlifts), then abs & a stretch.

The mall was over hyped I must say. Got a few things from The Limited and that was it. Went to Michael's craft store and stocked up on some ornaments for next year. Decided to do blue and silver in the kitchen.

Belinda - good job with your workout

Roxie - that is too funny - never heard of the bottle flu teehee!

Chris - I feel like everything on me (except height and boobs) has expanded 3 inches too!!! LOL. I almost don't even want to eat.

Hi girls -

Looks like most of us are feeling the need to work off some bad eating!! Yowza, I felt crummy last night.
I feel lots better today...I did Disc 28 this morning with DHs help. The heavy lifting and long breaks is mentally fatiguing when you feel like you need to jump around and sweat off some extra pounds! DH spotted me in between running on the TM. Then he threw around a few weights and he burned 600 calories. I burned 289 or something - argh. I know in the long run it's good for me, though.
I also got the bathroom floors cleaned, which made me feel better, too. And then......we went for a motorcycle ride! Yeah! Only 45 min because it's COLD! But it was great fun.

I did workout today, but losy calorie burn:(

Here's today's workout:

P90X YogaX= 45 Minutes of 90 Min completed.
Calories burned= 154

I did as much as I could before my wrists gave out and I could not do one legged twisting balancing poses due to having MS Nerve damage effecting balance center of the brain.

Great job Belinda, you rock that's an awesome workout!:D

Chris- I know what you mean about avoiding the stores today. LOL!! Lucky you to have the Shock Cardio's in your hot little hands to choose from. I don't think you can go wrong with any of them, so happy workout to you. I'm sure you'll have fun. I got my shipping notification last week but its not supposed to be here until the 29th but last track, they were in PA so not sure if the 29th expected delivery date is still accurate or not, we'll see.

Roxie- I hope your feeling better today and had a good workout. Take care I know the holidays can really take their toll.;)

Heather- Nice workout with your run and doing Slow and Heavy legs plus a few add on exercises as well. Awesome job!!

Wendy- Great job with STS Disc 28, STS just rocks!! its tough but you will get some results so its worth it. The motorcycle ride sounds like fun! Have a great weekend.;)
