I did workout today, but losy calorie burn
Here's today's workout:
P90X YogaX= 45 Minutes of 90 Min completed.
Calories burned= 154
I did as much as I could before my wrists gave out and I could not do one legged twisting balancing poses due to having MS Nerve damage effecting balance center of the brain.

Chris- I know what you mean about avoiding the stores today. LOL!! Lucky you to have the Shock Cardio's in your hot little hands to choose from. I don't think you can go wrong with any of them, so happy workout to you. I'm sure you'll have fun. I got my shipping notification last week but its not supposed to be here until the 29th but last track, they were in PA so not sure if the 29th expected delivery date is still accurate or not, we'll see.
Roxie- I hope your feeling better today and had a good workout. Take care I know the holidays can really take their toll.
Heather- Nice workout with your run and doing Slow and Heavy legs plus a few add on exercises as well. Awesome job!!
Wendy- Great job with STS Disc 28, STS just rocks!! its tough but you will get some results so its worth it. The motorcycle ride sounds like fun! Have a great weekend.
