Good morning ladies,


We had a great time yesterday in Regensburg. We walked for hours, visiting 2 Chrismas markets.thI will go to gym again, they closed tomorrow.

Hi ladies. It's another very dreary day. It's been raining non-stop for more than 24 hours. I swear I'm going to have to swim to the gym. It's miserable. Not sure when it's supposed to let up either.

DH and I will go do the noon spin class. The instructor is the same one from the Friday class we did. His classes are short but intense. I'm totally cool with that too. I may (not sure yet) do legs after class depending on how brutal it is.

Hope everyone is doing well this Christmas Eve Day!

Good Morning,

My cold is getting worse and yesterday was busy so again no workout. I have the day off so I am going to get push/pull done and some kind of cardio and I still need to do the 200 crunches to. I have alot of last minute shopping to do and get groceries and start cooking for tomarrow.

Belinda-good job getting your workout in.

Heather-it has been gray and drizzly here for the last two days, we are expecting snow but nobody knows how much or when its going to start.
 
Today was suppose to be Yoga X but I needed to do some cardio. I'm skipping the yoga this week and doing cardio today and Sunday. Today I did Kenpo X and I'll probably do Strikezone on Sunday.

Had a great workout and wore my 1# gloves. Got my HR up to 150bpm at one point. Love this workout.

Hey Girls!!

I ended up doing DISC 33 today: Biceps, Shoulders, Triceps, instead of for tomorrow. I wanted to make sure I finished my weight work for this week! If I can fit something in tomorrow it will be a shorter cardio (hopefully!). Anyways, it was heavY and I failed towards the end at rep 5, so that makes me kind of happy! Whenever I fail, I get DOMS, and I do believe, that is a good thing.

Sorry the weather is miserable there, Heather! That would TOTALLY bring me down too. Not that you need that , right? A good short spin class sounds perfect for today!

Ok, still pouring down out there. Parts of the interstate are under water and it's closed down even. It's REALLY bad. It's been a steady, hard rain for 2 days. Ick.

DH and I went to spin and it was a lot of fun. Time flew by. He did a tabatta style workout (prob have spelling wrong) and also used kettlebells. Very interesting. DH is learning really quickly he needs to get back into lifting! :eek:

I didn't do legs like I had planned, but did do abs. DH said he'd go up there and do the leg workout with me on Sat. YEAH!

Belinda - good job with your cardio!

Roxie - hope you get to feeling better.

Debbie - glad you enjoyed your workout! I so wish I could try that one after listening to you and Nora.

Chris - way to go with your weights!!!

Well I did get 150 of the 200 crunches done. It is snowing and blowing like crazy outside and it is extremely cold.

I still plan on doing push pull but still have alot of cooking to do. DDs are coming over tonite and we are going to have lasagne and then open presents.

Wow, I really enjoyed P90X Stretch that was awesome, although I can't do Plough pose to save my life, LOL!! Oh well, right at least I made the effort. ;)
Cathe's CTX Kickbox was a lot of fun and guaranteed to make you sweat.
