Hey Girls...
I did end up going for my run yesterday! the weather was crap, but of course, I got all caught up in those endorphins, and the weather was perfect! I just love being outdoors when I push myself to go there. it's just the thought of cloudy, drizzly and cold that makes me want to hibernate. It's not so bad, really!
I'm about to go downstairs and start PLYO , week #2 (is it DISC 29?... I lose count!)
I was really hoping I could avoid the Mall all together this year for Christmas shopping, but I can't. It's all Greg's fault. He's SO hard to buy for, so when he gives me a few ideas, I have to act on them. *sigh*
I'm excited about Shock Cardio coming!! Hopefully I can use it for my last week or more of STS! That'd be too cool!!

I have managed to do my 30 pushups but still need to do 200 crunches, boss lady is leaving at 1 today and I am hoping boss man goes upstairs to his office then I will work on the crunches. Tonite DH will be gone again so I will it will be LM step only. How would you girls enter pushups in the workout manager. I asked SNM but never got an answer.
Chris-I am like you I still have alot of christmas shopping left to do but I don't like all the crowds lucky for me I work right down the street from the mall so I can go over my lunch hour.
Heather-I think shock cardio is exactly what you need right now it will be challenging and you will have several to choose from.
Debbie-nice workout and great job getting those abs in.

Nora - I seen that P90X+, I heard it isn't as good as the original. But I still might check it out. I already preordered Tracey's new workout. Can't wait to get it!
Heather - Sounds like you are getting burned out. Do you need to take a few days off perhaps?

Roxie - Nice job on the pushups! Hope you can get those crunches done. Thanks on the ab work. I enjoyed it today and was bummed I had to cut it short.

Roxie - I think I figured it out. If you go to "Workouts" choose "Weight" then you can either enter your own or go down to Step 3 and choose "chest" from the 2nd dropdown list. Scroll down and there is an option for a basic prone pushup.
