I ended up doing CTX KB + BC cardio only! I didn't get my HR up today:eek: I only burned 295 cal.! Oh, well!:rolleyes: it is so hot here in Germany. If I feel up to it later, maybe I add more cardio???? Not sure, in that heat!

Off to enjoy the day! BBL!
 
Oh boy, is all I have to say this morning. My legs were already in pain last night from GS Legs and today isn't much better! Thankfully today is a rest day. I got up and did some yoga. (Ali MacGraw - Mind and Body?? Love this workout, I've missed it!) I can't believe how inflexible I have become though! My sun salutations were pathetic getting started. By the end of the workout though I had a little more flexibility. I need to keep up with fitting in yoga on a weekly basis.

Is it Friday yet? sigh.
 
Today was yoga or stretch so I did a combo of both. I started out with Karen Voight's Yoga Stretch which is about 25 minutes and then I did the stretch and core work from P90X YogaX workout. Feel really good right now. Body is tingling.

Tonites workout is the same as last nites minus the abs. DH posted before pictures of me last nite on my profile you can definetly tell where my trouble areas are.
 
Seen your pics, Roxie. You can do this girl!! Don't forget to take your measurements. Sometimes that is a great way to see loss as well.
 
Morning! I did the leg work from MIS and then Tracey Staehle's Glute Camp. Tomorrow I'll do upper body. Can't wait to start my new rotation. I was going to wait an extra week but am going to start this weekend or Monday. I feel ready.

Hi ladies. Today I think I am going to try to head over to the gym and do an easy walk (yes just walk) on the treadmill. I may try the eliptical and see how that does for my ankle. I know I won't be doing any step for a while. I'm afraid that kickboxing would be too much too with the lateral movements. This is killing me by the way!!!! Ugh. I'll do abs for sure this evening as well.

STS Ab Circuits-Weights and Plates=19 minutes
Calories burned= 117

Is it just me, or does this kill your wrists too? Great ab workout though, and whoever guess that innocent paper plates could kick your butt doing abs, LOL!!!:p

Ok, I feel like I got a good workout in today, and I'm beat off to go take a shower. Have a great evening ladies keep up the great work on all of your workouts!:);)

Nora - great workout first off! And yes, the plate segment does sometimes hurt my wrists. I also don't do very well with it if I've done upper body prior to the workout. I sometimes have to stop and really shake out my wrists and even shoulders.

Here are my workout stats:

165 max hr
141 cals burned. All these stats were alittle low still have a headache.
