Hi and good morning,

Today I have cardio on tap, not sure what yet? My entire body is sore:(

Somehow I need to get a ab wokout in today, haven't done one this week:rolleyes:

Today is DH and my 9th wedding anniversary. So I got up early (though very reluctantly as I haven't been sleeping well) and did the hi/low premix from Hardcore Challenge and abs. That's the workout I was doing when I hurt my ankle so I was a little nervous, but I made it through just fine. Back on track!!! We'll be going out to eat tonight and both took off work tomorrow so I wanted to get my workout done and out of the way.

Belinda - I remember those STS SORE days!!! I felt like I was literally sore from head to toe. The thought of trying to find a cardio that I could actually move and do seemed impossible LOL. My best friend was Epsom salt. I did find that once I got moving, it did help loosen things up a bit.

This morning was suppose to be yoga and abs but I did cardio, abs and a yoga stretch. Had a good session and I feel pretty good today.

For cardio I chose Cardio Coach #1. Short and sweet. I gave it my all because low and behold, nothing in my lower body was hurting today. Weird. I took three Aleve last night, though, so that might be why.

I chose the Ab work from Kick, Punch & Crunch. Love that one. Got a great burn. I feel you get so much with this short workout. My abs were on fire.

For the stretch I chose the extended stretch from the leg workout I did yesterday. I liked it. All yoga moves. Felt great after I was done.

Tonite I am going to try and do either SJP step only, SM and some ab work or SB combos 1,2,3 with warm up and cool down an then do the other stuff. Forgot to take the alevee last nite was stiff this morning.

I finished my workout way earlier today but forgot to check in, ugh I hate when I do that.

Here's today, Thursday's workout:

Cardio Hits: Power Max= 64 minutes
Calores burned= 612 Phew!! It may be an older one of cathe's workouts but its very effective and challenging, you will sweat big time and burn calories!

STS Ab Circuits-Yoga Inspired Abs= 15 minutes
Calories burned= 92'


That's it for me today. I'm really tired and not feeling super energetic today. Oh well, tomorrow I hope to do better.
