Belinda - First of all, I find it hard to believe you have much to lose. First of all, what is your calorie range? Give me that info and I'll let you know what I think. And no, you shouldn't be "eating" the calories you burn, but you need to eat to support your activities.
You better believe it! My calorie range in Myfitnesspal is 1340 calories, asuming the took off the 500 cal deficitI am not sure, if I should eat excerice cal (I burned 432 cal today) or stay in my cal range?

I personally think you should up your calories to at least 1500. You are eating VERY LOW amounts for the workouts you are doing. Up them to 1500 and do that for two or three weeks and see if you have any results.
