Chris - I just try to stay more grounded basically. Skip some intervals if I need to, things like that. I usually go ALL OUT. So now I'm just reeling it in a lot. No trying to bound through the ceiling! LOL. I know I should be totally resting, but I really just can't. I'm just picking and choosing workouts that I can modify and that are fun still. I love doing biceps, but am starting to not really dig the triceps. Been feeling weak in that area lately so they just start to get frustrating to me. Hope you had fun with your workout!!

Roxie - At least you're dedicated is all I can say. You're sticking it out and that's awesome. Hopefully this next phase will be a lot more enjoyable for you.
