I did that because the next week was Christmas week and we had two rest days. Just do it the way it is, it won't hurt you.
 
No workout today. That knot is worse than it was yesterday. I massaged it out again, it felt great last night before I went to bed and now it's all tight and I can't turn my head to the left. WTF? I'm totally sick of this. And what's bad is in three weeks dh and I are going on vacation so I won't be working out that week. Yeesh. What is it with the muscle issue? It's becoming chronic.

Tonite for me will either be KCMs KBXing or TLC Boxing and if its not raining another dog walk.

Debbie-thanks I got to looking and there wasn't any back work the next week so now I see why.

I did Intensity this morning, will work my abs later!! I promise!

I'm here to check in and yes I did workout today and finished that at about 3pm. I am just now checking in its been a crazy day.

Here's today's workout:

Rapid Fire: Kickbox & Core Burn- Premix#1 =30 Min
Met Value= 7.0
Calories burned= 287
This is an awesome gem of a kickboxing workout and I love all the premixes and both standing core and floor core abs, Susan gets ya good.

PeakFit Challenge- Pure Cardio= 54 Min
Met Value= 8.50
Calories burned= 627
I like this workout it felt better today than the last time I did it, so that's good. I did need to modify a couple of moves but that was it, fun workout.

Ab Hits- #11 PS Legs & Abs= 7 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 48
What can I say, Cathe is awesome and timeless and alway gets me good, I love that!

Total calories burned= 962

Ok, that's it for now but I will be back later for personals, take care girls!;)
