Debbie, I downloaded the squat rack rotation, but since you said the plyo legs will lean out my legs, maybe I will change that. Glad you enjoy STS, it’s different. Those push ups are getting me too, for now I do them on my knees. Speaking of knees, how are you doing?

Chris, I know what you mean about the humidity. Yes, I do my workouts in the humidity all the time. We have no choice. When I grew up here, our summers didn’t get extremely hot, stayed around 70’s! The last few years it’s getting extremely hot here, those heat waves are not normal for Germany. German homes are built different than the ounces in the stats. Our homes made out of breaks, no wood. My house stays pretty cool for the most part, except when the humidity is like 90 %.I keep my all my windows open and have 2 fans running when I work out. I usually work out early in the morning, which helps also. The gym on base does have AC,that is the first one I seen here in Europe! When we were stationed in Bamberg, the gym didn’t had AC. You get used to it! LOL! I am gonna order that "Burn Fat Boost Metabolism” too. Jillian Michaels workouts sound like good ones.

Looks like everyone is doing a great job with your workouts! I am not sure what I will do today? I also did my ab workout and a stretch yesterday.

All I can start with this morning is "Ouch!". Meso 1 legs always get me. I am pretty sore today....

This morning was catch up. Started with a 20 minute steady state run. Then did STS #11 Back and Triceps. I then followed that up with abs from Rock Steady Step (another ouch!) and then did the stretch from that workout. IN total - 523 calories burned. I'm spent. Off to the shower.

Good Morning,

This morning I did Imax 3 step only had to rewind a couple of times then did STS abs no equipment. Going to a wedding tonite so I know food won't be so good. Need to get moving need to get nails done before I go.

And to think I almost skipped my workout today. Cardio was on tap and I was just not in the mood for it, but I made myself change into my workout clothes and get busy. I'm glad I did. I had an excellent workout.

I chose Amy's Kickbox Surge. I think this one is my most favorite so far. I did it once before so this time I caught onto the combo's easily. Still having trouble with the back kicks, but I'll get them sooner or later.

This one has 5 combo's and 5 surges. My HR was way up there for most of the workout. It's humid today, though, so I know that makes a difference.

Excellent music on this one too.

Hey Girls...

Been watching some of the live streaming from the RT...it's so cool!

I'm going to start Cathe's AUG 09 Rotation on Monday!!!... Which will start with MIS. So today I did LIC, got some cardio and weights in, and sweat my butt off!

Belinda: Interesting on how the weather is there and how you work out in the humidity! And no AC in most of the gyms? ewwww! they must get pretty stinky!... Hope you end up liking that Jillian Michaels BFBM, it's a good cardio, I think. I thank Nora for recommending that one!

Karen: Good workout today, you did a LOT for having sore legs!

Roxie: IM3 is fun! but some of it is a little complicated. It took me a few times to get some of them. Have fun at the wedding tonight!1

Debbie: I really didn't feel like it this morning either, but like you, felt so good about 1/4 of the way into it! Any soreness from STS?
 
Hi ladies. I got up and did SB this morning. It wasn't my intention, but my sis called and was talking about it so that's the one I grabbed. I also did 4DS back/bicep premix twice through and stability ball abs from basic step.

SB = 52 mins, 503 cals
Back/bicep = 52 mins, 298 cals
Abs = 9 mins, 33 cals

It's another rainy/stormy day here. Guess that means I have no excuse to avoid house chores!

Roxie - Good job with Imax 3. I am addicted to that one!

Karen - Way to go with your workout.

Debbie - I'm going to have to try that one. I am always looking for new (and fun) cardio workouts. I keep trying Amy's. They always move quickly if nothing else.

Wow! Some really great workouts getting done today, WTG!!!

Belinda- I try to get my workout done before 3pm, but somedays I have to move it until later depending on what's going on.

here's today's workout:

Step Blast= 55 minutes
Calories burned=498

I really love Step Blast, but today its warm here and when I workout when its very warm I get a little dizzy and have to take breaks. This usually causes me to lack coordination courtesy of the heat and MS not playing well together, but I still get my workouts in, just with more breaks and I know to not push too hard on those days, so I don't. The objective is just to workout and do as best as I can for that day considering how I'm feeling. Not working out is not an option so I persevere. Hey, we're all Cathe tough Athletes, right?:p

That's it for me today, I'm going to rest, and take tomorrow as a rest day. Have a great weekend ladies!!!;)
