PLB, Stability ball, done! A teeny bit easier without doing the weight work first. I then went to the park for a nice nice run. My legs are a little tight, but they felt strong to me. It felt good, (except for the 40 MPH winds that kicked up! and I ran against!).
I have no idea what I'm going to do next week for a rotation. I hate that feeling. I have to wait to get Brazillian Butt Lift (I'm asking DH to get it for me for my birthday, which is May 7, Belinda
