Sorry I haven't been on here. Not working out this week and don't really have the time. Next week I will start a new rotation and be back on here with my workouts.

I never got my workout in yesterday, except lots of walking in DC. I know, I get lots of cardio in, will try to get my leg workout in today.

Very quick. I had to work last night. So today was Yoga X. Did 45 minutes of it, until the balance poses, which I suck at. Finished with Cathe's Yoga Relax 20 minutes. I also power walked Buddy! (minus the stops for piddles)

Calories burned= 82

Total calories burned= 498

I'm not feeling great today with cold issues and MS stuff plus extreme stress, ugh! It's my oldest sons birthday today, he's 17 today wow. Please excuse my lack of personals today just feeling so wiped out today. Have a great night girls, and I'll seeya at tomorrow's check in. Great job on getting workouts in today girls and Hellos and waves to Debbie.
