Crazy, Strong and Loving it for 1/27

Today was total body again, same workout as last Friday except in Superset fashion.

Today was 2 sets of 15 reps with 2 minute rest between each set:

SS #1
Weighted Bench Dips - 50# - up 5#
ss w/
Hammer Curls - 17's - up 2#

SS #2
Lateral Raise - 11's - up 1# (should of went with 12's)
ss w/
Hamstring Curls - 50# - up 5#

SS #3
Bent Over Raise - 15's - up 3#
ss w/
Flat Chest Flyes - 25's - up 5#

I also did Power Hour Abs.

Tonite for me is KCM Lift #2 and hopefully the TM I think DD has to close tonite so I won't have to fight her for it.

Today was Core Synergistics again (P90X). I liked it even better this time, kind of knowing what was coming. Wicked good 60 minute workout!!

Debbie: Nice job on the weights!! You're still putting up good amounts there, huh? Those bent over raises are a little tough for me, tweaks my neck/back sometimes. Be careful!

Belinda: I bet you'll pick a great cardio today!

Roxie: Lift and TM run sounds like a great combo! Hope you are feeling good and energized!!

I planned to workout today, but wasn't sure if I could get in before my appoinment at 12 noon, but I didn't so I didn't get a workout in for today at all. I'm really bummed about that to, and I know I have an appointment with my Neurologist Monday morning about 1.5 hours from where I live. So, I already know that there will be no Monday workout. I hope to workout tomorrow, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed on that.
