CRAZY, STRONG AND LOVING IT AUG 26, 2011

I only got through a little over 1/2 of Peak Fit's Cardio Strength 1. My body was done. The stress/lack of sleep is really affecting me. I guess some is better than none at all...

Just a quick check in.

I am done with my workouts. We are leaving Hapers Ferry due to the Huricane coming our way. If you don't hear from me tomorrow, I am on the road. Will check in when I can. Stay safe everyone!

Hi girls!;)

I'm not feeling too great today lots of tightness and major pain, so not fun I did try to do yesterday's planned workout today though. It was hard for me to even move and I had to use heating pad for four hours or so before I could even attempt moving with 60% pain. I did try my best to workout and modify like crazy for the lack of muscle flexibility in my low back on right side, and right hamstring, and calf muscles.

Here's today's workout:

PeakFit Challenge-Cardio Strength 2= 60 Min
Met Value= 8.0
Calories burned= 655

Chalean Extreme-Extreme Abs= 16 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 109

Chalean Extreme- Recharge= 21 Min
Met Value= 2.0
Calories burned= 57

Total calories burned= 821

I've decided to not finish the eight week rotation of PeakFit Challenge I've just had too much pain and it kills me to even sit in a chair or when I try to get dressed in the morning. I really like PeakFit Challenge and am glad I got it but just need to do workouts that don't seem to irritate my physical issues I've been dealing with. I'm beginning to thing this may be due to MS or a result of weakness in the right side of my body and compensating. I refuse to give up working out because I do know that the pain is more manageable with movement and exercise it does ease enough to make things easier and less painful. So I will workout but not sure about what I'll do workout wise but I need to do something else for a while find what helps for now.
