No workout today but wanted to address Belinda's protein question:

Belinda - You should be eating a gram of protein to every pound of body weight you weigh. So if you weight 125#, you should be eating 125 g. of protein a day.

When I'm trying to build, I eat more than that. I cut my carbs way down to only like 110 g. and up the protein to about 140 g. Good fats I try to get around 20-30%. If you start eating alot of protein, though, drink a LOT of water because digesting protein is hard on the kidneys.

Hi girls!;)

I was in a lot of pain today and decided to cancel today's workout. I will be back at working out Monday, so I'm hoping that the extra days rest will help me to feel better. Today I had to use my cane to help with walking so that's a good indicator for me that if I need that I shouldn't workout. It hurts to move or sit, yet when I'm up walking around I try to get what I need done then because I know once I sit down it will be all kinds of hell to get up and do stuff after that.

No workout to report for today.
